Desde el inicio del charter, a 1800 rpm, el motor (Volvo de 30 H.P.) emitía continuamente un humo blanco que no nos daba ninguna tranquilidad. Cuando puntualmente subíamos a 2000 rpm la cantidad de humo era realmente preocupante. Tras chequear niveles y comprobar que la hélice estaba libre, consultamos con el base manager que nos informó de que no había ningún problema con el motor. Sólo podíamos hacer 4 kts a motor cuando 30 HP en un 36 pies dan para hacer 6 kts sin problema. A esa velocidad los traslados se hacían eternos y por precaución y miedo a quedarnos sin motor, renunciamos a ir a Bonifacio. Como otros detalles, en el barco, echamos de menos un pack basico de limpieza, un encendedor para la cocina y un abrebotellas. La entrada y salida de Marina dell Isola es muy complicada por la falta de calado. No recomendamos la experiencia.

We enjoyed an excellent week on this brandnew Dufour 41. The boat handles extremely well and is exceptionally well lay-out, feeling much larger than 41 feet. Everything leading up to the charter was managed professionally by Seaways and our check in & out were very helpful (the check in app was a little time consuming, that's all). We would be very comfortable to hire this boat again and to use and recommend Seaways overall.
