Good boat, not so good charter co.

Boat is very good but very bad (too small) bimini , very low level of sun or rain protection. Boat itself is in good condition, nice for maneuverer. Charter staff on reception not polite, too busy. Welcome on arrival disaster , they told me to find some free place in marine by myself and tie a boat. Honestly, I would take same boat again (but with improved bimini) , but I would seriously consider charter company.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, tolles Revier , tolle Yacht, guter Wind, Sonne...

Kleine Anmerkung : Alles war super; noch nie so eine bequeme und komfortable Yacht gefahren. Bei der Übergabe erkärte man mir, das der Schlüssel der Eingangstür nur "vorsichtig" zu bewegen sei. Soweit so gut. Aber nach 2 Tagen brach der Schlüssel. Bei der Übergabe in Dubrovenik mekdete ich dies direkt; der Basis leiter besdtand aber darauf 40 € Schádenerstz einzufordern, ich bezahlte diesen Betrag. Ich habe mir aber die Frage gestellt, dass bei einer Chartergebühr von fast 7.000 € die Verhältnismäßigkeit nicht mehr gewahrt wurde; meine Mannschaft und ich fanden dies SEHR KLEINLICH; der Basisleiter wies leider keinerlei Professionnalität auf. des Basisleiters

Wir hatten einen Upgrade auf eine 42er, daher hier keine Bewertung für die Oceanis 393. War aber auch ein älteres Modell, da gibt es halt zum Saison-Ende technische Problemchen. Der Vercharterer ist super und sehr zu empfehlen, da das weibliche Team beim Checkin und Checkout sehr nett und zuvorkommend arbeitet. Jederzeit wieder mit Seafarer! Und mit Marenauta sowieso.

The organization of the boat worked perfectly. Check-in and check-out were handled smoothly, much better than in Croatia. Nice people in the marina Scarlino and good organization. In Elba you need to reserve berth 1 or 2 days upfront in the respective harbour (during summer season). This has to be done be telephone. If you are near to the harbor radio is required. The ship was almost new, so there were no problems. 45 Cruiser of 2013 sails nice (2 side rudders), even with small Genua. all in all a perfect trip.
