Stunning Corfu trip

Autopilot hat Urlaub  
Der technische Zustand des Bootes war mangelhaft. Das Auslaufen verzögerte sich infolge defekter Steuerung um Stunden. Nach Reperatur mussten wir nach 2 sm feststellen, dass der Autopilot nicht funktionierte und somit immer einer am Ruder sitzen musste - bei einem Segeltörn eine erhebliche Einschränkung.

During the guest's departure, an issue was encountered with maneuvering the vessel. The root of the problem stemmed from our maintenance activities a day earlier, specifically the inspection and disassembly of the autopilot system. During this process, an unnoticed shift occurred within the steering mechanism. As soon as the guest began sailing and the issue became evident, our team immediately identified and promptly resolved it.

In the subsequent days, the client reported no further difficulties. Moreover, upon his return, he expressed satisfaction to our staff, stating that everything during his trip had been excellent. To make amends for the inconvenience caused, we extended the courtesy of allowing the client to return on Saturday morning as compensation. It's important to note that the initial issue was effectively resolved within the standard 24-hour timeframe designated for such situations.

We hope that this report clarifies the circumstances surrounding the incident.
