Im Wesentlichen bin ich mit der Arbeit des Vercharterers zufrieden. Allerdings ist die Betreuung auch nicht besonders hervorzuheben. Der Gesamteindruck ist gut. Der Empfang war freundlich, das Boot ist technisch in einem einwandfreien Zustand und gut gereinigt. Die Ausstattung ist auf das technisch notwendige beschränkt und ansonsten überschaubar. Das Hafenhandbuch war über zehn Jahre alt, die Karten waren noch mit Einträgen von früheren Charterern beschrieben und größtenteils nicht aktualisiert. Insgesamt kann ich den Vercharterer aber durchaus empfehlen.

Very professional and friendly service

I had a very pleasant experience with Istion Yachting (Kos) and the base manager and his staff were very customer oriented and friendly. We could even take-over the boat one hour earlier than planned. The only negative thingy was that the automatic wests were lacking the crotch strap (the strap that goes between your legs).

Der Service war insgesammt gut. Das Boot war sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die ACI Marina Split, dort wo wir das Boot abholten und zurück brachten gefiel uns nicht. Der Service bei der Einweisung des Bootes war ok. Er sagte uns, dass das Boot nicht für Buchten ausgelegt ist, weil die service Batterie zu schwach ist, ein Manko denn das alleine macht für uns den Reiz des Kroatien Urlaubs aus. Ein Dinghy wurde nach mehrfacher Bitte ebenfalls nicht geliefert. Bei technischen Problemen - Trimflaps wurde man mit der Gebrauchsanweisung abgespeist.

Boot was in very good condition and well thought out! Very friendly charterer. No Problems along the turn and always available for questions. Excellent experience at all.

Well maintained Yacht, great sailing grounds

The Oceanis 41.1 from Sailing Sicily was well maintained and equipped, the Base Crew was attentive, friendly and helpful. We sailed around Elba and Capraia, had to stay in Marciana Marina for two nights due to a heavy thunderstorm coming thru (which caused severe flooding on the Island of Elba). Been around Elba and Corsica a couple of times on sail-boats. We love the picturesque marinas and villages, the beautiful clear waers and bays to anchor. Last but not least, Italian food, wine and groceries make it a head-start over othersailing grounds.
