Tutto Bene

Lo staff di Marenauta è stato gentilissimo ed efficiente nell'aiutarmi a prenotare la barca, che ha ripettato in pieno la descrizione e le aspettative tecniche.

We are very sorry that the client was not satisfied with our service, but we have to mention a few points regarding this charter.

Client made a check in on how to use the boat and immediately after they left the marina and did not finish the paperwork.

They left marina without boat documents and official crew list for the week. Our team realised that at 19:30 and immediately called the client.

We did not force them to come back to our base but Ratimir (owner of the Charter Company) personally took the documents to meet the clients for a short stop in Zadar so they can continue their voyage as they left the marina na 18:30 aprox. So there was no waiting time of any sort they received documents on petrol station and left all due to their own mistake. Also in this moment they continued the their trip into the night even though they shouldnt be sailing during night time (even per contract article 9) and there was a red warning for storms this week.

Two days later, they have asked that they need a canister with petrol for the outboard and Luka Lipovscak-director of company brought it to them while they were walking around zadar at 20:22 in the evening and left it on the boat.

29.08 they reported an issue with bowthruster. Our electrician went to the boat and replaced a burnt fuse for the bowthurster most likely from inproper usage. Naturally we didnt charge the clients anything but repaired and left.

All of their requests have been solved imidiately, if they called and asked for assitance with a leaking window it would have been fixed as well as we are a company known for our quality of service and therfor if issues arrise that we fix them fast.

The problem with a window was never reported nor this week nor later, but then its easy to write issues two weeks after charter.

We do not feel like the clients had inproper service or a bad boat, mostly a bad week with bad weather something that we truly can not affect.

For any questions we will gladly answer, if you think that we have somehow made some mistakes with these clients we are happy to hear some advice.

Da Lavrio a Milos

E' stata una vacanza breve (1 settimana) ma intensa. Il percorso/navigazione da Lavrio a Milos andata e ritorno favorito da un Meltemi "abbastanza" mite (22/29 luglio) . Ottima l'accoglienza e la presa di contatto con la società di charter. La consegna della barca in early check è stata puntuale. Il catamarano Bali 4.1 era in buono stato di manutenzione ed efficienza (un piccolo problema all'elica di destra è stato costantemente monitorato e risolto). Il briefing di consegna dell'imbarcazione, conoscendo a fondo il Bali già utilizzata negli anni precedenti, è stato relativamente breve. Il personale in banchina è stato molto cordiale e professionale anche nell'indicare i percorsi più favorevoli per le condizioni meteo-marine del luogo. Il rientro a Lavrio Marina (dotata di ottimi negozi, bar e ristoranti) è avvenuto senza il minimo problema così come la riconsegna dell'imbarcazione. Ottima esperienza.

Servizio eccellente e barca ottima!

Non sono espertissimo e lo skipper mi ha aiutato parecchio facendomi un training approfondito sulle dotazioni della barca e sul modo migliore di manovrarla anche in spazi ristretti. Il servizio complessivo è stato eccellente: mi hanno anche spostato la prenotazione per evitare una giornata di vento con raffiche che mi avrebbe complicato non poco le operazioni di attracco. Barca confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario per passare diversi giorni in navigazione e per rilassarsi nelle splendide calette dell'arcipelago croato.

Paxos e Antipaxos: bellissime!

Abbiamo fatto un itinerario verso Paxos ed Antipaxos che, nonostante la distanza, ci ha permesso di apprezzare queste isole a sud di Corfu molto belle. Il mare è quello delle isole ioniche della Grecia. Gaios ed Lakka i paesini molto caratteristici che abbiamo visitato. Prezzi imbattibili ... In merito al charter, devo dire che le cose non sono andate bene. Avevano dimenticato di pulire la barca. Nonostante noi avessimo chiesto la possibilità di early check-in e di avere la barca quanto prima siamo stati disattesi per poi vedere un'altra barca partire verso le 12.00. Avendo dimenticato la pulizia non siamo riusciti a partire prima delle 18.00. Detto ciò, la barca era molto usurata, ma soprattutto mancava di diverse vettovaglie (ad es. il cavatappi, etc ...). La catena dell'ancora non aveva i segni della lunghezza e il display (dell'ancora appunto) non funzionava. Abbiamo provveduto noi stessi a segnare la catena. Non funzionavano nè l'anemometro nè il segnavento e i relativi dispostivi elettronici.
