Perfekter Service für einen perfekten Urlaub
Von der Buchung bis zur Rückgabe des Bootes ein perfekter Urlaub.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal sowohl im Büro wie auch in der Marina. Toller Eisservice und Hilfen rund um das Boot. Problemlose Übernahme und Rückgabe.
Das Boot war zwar etwas klein und beengt, aber das wussten wir schon vorher, hat aber alles geboten was wir gebraucht haben, um einen tollen Urlaub zu genießen.

Professionalita + efficienza = vacanza perfetta
Un ringraziamento al team marenauta per la serietà e l'efficienza dimostrata. Mi sono sentito seguito e tutelato sin dal momento della ricerca dell'imbarcazione. L'operatrice é stata in continuo contatto finchè è stata trovata la soluzione perfetta per me. Tutto è andato liscio dallo svolgimento burocratico al ritiro del mezzo....veloce, semplice e preciso.
La paura nel fare noleggi online, in particolare con pagamento anticipato, è quella della fregatura dietro l'angolo.....Marenauta è stata davvero una sicurezza.
Voto 10 per la preparazione, la gentilezza e la serietà dello staff....ci rivediamo sicuramente la prossima estate.

Ottima l'assistenza fornita dal team Marenauta ma poco piacevole la...
Alla consegna dell'imbarcazione veniamo informati che non è presente ne' acqua calda nè forno a microonde (malgrado sulle specifiche nel sito Marenauta ve nè è riportata la presenza).
La pompa che doveva svuotare il pozzetto della doccia (in bagno) non funzionava!Dopo 3 giorni è venuta a mancare elettricita' (dunque assenza di luci, acqua, frigo, motorino elettrico x ancora).Alla fine della settimana e dunque alla consegna della barca mi si dice che era presente anche il wi fi (ma non mi è stato menzionato tanto meno la password per usarlo).

Perfekter Service für einen perfekten Urlaub

Hallo Zusammen
wir haben einen absoluten Traumurlaub erlebt und möchten uns bei dem gesamten Marenauta- Team, aber auch bei Charter KrK für das Engagement bedanken.
Besonders ist der Leiter der Marina, Michael (Nachname ist mir leider nicht bekannt) hervor zu heben, der die ganzen 14 Tage absolut immer per Whatsapp ansprechbar war, und der immer mit einer Engelsgeduld sich unsere Problem angehört hat und bemüht war eine Lösung herbei zu führen.
Auch seine Mitarbeiter beim Ein- und Auschequen waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Aber wo es Licht gibt gibt es auch Schatten, die folgenden Punkte bitte ich zu verbessern.
Die Verdeckplanen waren absolut nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Reisverschlüsse waren total versalzen. Der von Charter hinzugerufene Sattler konnte zwar die Situation bezüglich der Reißverschlüsse etwas verbessern, aber die Verdeckteile waren so verkürzt, dass es auch nach absolutem Krafteinsatz nicht möglich war, das Verdeck zu schließen. Es fehlten am Ende auf 1m länge ca. 20cm Verdeck.
Wenn ich 14 Tage auf dem Boot wohnen möchte, habe ich immer ca. 4 Tage wo Stürme und Gewitter drüber gehen. Da muss es möglich sein, das Boot mit dem verdeck innerhalb 15 Minuten (nahezu) wasserdicht zu verschließen.
Ein zweiter Kritikpunkt betrifft die Ankerkette:
Im Vorfeld des Chartervertrages wurde mir zugesichert dass der Anker ca. 30m Kettenvorlauf hätte. Nach meiner Schätzung (ich habs nicht nachgemessen) waren das höchstens 20m, und von denen konnte die Ankerwinde die letzten 5m nicht abspulen. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen, ich bin der letzte der an solchen Details herummäkelt, aber, an der Frage, wieviel Ankerkette ausgelegt werden können hängt die Frage an der Wassertiefe die maximal unter dem Boot sein kann, um den Anker sicher ausbringen zu können. Und wenn die Wassertiefe nicht viel mehr aus 4-5m sein kann, wird der Abstand zu den Felsen u.U. sehr gering.
Ich bin der Meinung, dass meine beiden Kritikpunkte etwas mit der Sicherheit und dem Wohlbefinden der Besatzung zu tun, daher wäre super, wenn hier bis zur nächsten Saison nachgearbeitet werden könnte.
Die beiden Punkte ändern auch nichts an dem überaus positiven Gesamteindruck.
Das Beste, ist dann auch noch, dass meine Familie unbedingt im kommenden Jahr eine Fortsetzung dieses Urlaubs machen möchte.
Es wäre natürlich super, wenn die beiden Punkte positiv geändert werden könnten
We are a family of 6 and we love coming to Mali Losinj! My mother was born here and we travel to Croatia every year to relax and visit family and friends! Our vacation would not be a vacation if we did not come to Losinj to stay for at least a couple of weeks. This is where we truly relax, and enjoy the beautiful beaches, clean water and more relaxed slow pace. My favorite part of Losinj is all of the beautiful walking paths around. I love to walk and I enjoy this every morning while I am vacationing in Mali Losinj. The hotels are beautiful and clean, the people are friendly and the food is amazing!!! We usually stay at the Aurora Hotel and feel like it is home away from home. There is so much to do in Losinj if you wish or just do nothing and relax by the Adriatic sea! We rented a small boat from Marenauta and we were very pleased with the service we received. The staff was quick to respond to emails and they were very accommodating regarding payment of the boat, for example I was unable to pay by the due date and they held onto the boat longer for me to give me extra time to transfer the funds. We were also pleased that every day after boating there was someone there waiting at the marina to help us tie up our boat and they cleaned to clean it every night!! This was beyond our expectations! We were also given a water tube for the kids to use, free of charge. We have dealt with many other charter services in Croatia but I must say The Marenauta service was excellent and we highly recommend them!

Alte Boote schwimmen länger
Es ist ein etwas älteres Modell, aber es hat Spass gemacht, auch wenn es immer "ewig" gedauert hat bis der Motor "vernünftig" und ruckfrei lief; die Schaltung war auch etwas "gewöhnungsbedürftig", nichts für Anfänger. Ohne eigenes GPS Modul wäre die Navigation schwierug gewesen, kein Kompass an Bord, sonst eher mager ausgerüstet.
