Savršeni godišnji odmor Brod odličan....

Like every year we took this trip i September. This time we started out from Marina Trogir, sailed all the way to Korčula and back. Had some issue with smoke coming out of exhaust, but after consultation with base manager we continued further. Had no other issues with the boat, everything was pretty much ok with a boat of that age. We did not get much wind during these 6 days so we mostly did motoring while not anchored and fishing.

Check in process was a disaster. Although I arrive at the boat at 13.00 and they promise to speed up check in process so I get the boat at 17.00, the base crew did not finished till 19.30. This was a bad start which created a lot of tension and nervosity to me and the crew.

The boat was very beautiful but we had several problems with the battery and energy that were not solved. The end of the trip we suffered a bribe from a diver that told us that if we do not pay him some money, he would tell the Marine that we had a piece of rope stuck in the propeller (that we didnt, we made sure of that, we dive under the boat before to check if was all okay) and since we did not accept that absurd situation, we needed to pay 200€ for the marine because of what he said. It was a very bad and annoying situation that the company was aware of this, an employee watched the diver make the proposal and pretended to not see it.

Die Nächte verbrachten wir unter einem klaren, sternenübersäten Himmel, weit weg von der Hektik des Alltags in verschiedenen Buchten. Jeder Tag brachte neue Abenteuer und unvergessliche Momente, die uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben werden. Ein Segeltörn auf den BVIs ist nicht nur eine Reise, sondern ein Lebensstil, den man erleben muss, um ihn wirklich zu schätzen. Marenauta und Navigare vor Ort haben alles super für uns organisiert!
