Klasse Boot, super Service, Traumurlaub

Unser einwöchiger Segeltörn im Ionischen Meer war top. Das Boot war genau so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten, sauber, gepflegt und technisch in gutem Zustand. Die Ausstattung war vollständig, alles hat sofort funktioniert und wir hatten nie das Gefühl, dass etwas fehlt. Der Service war stark. Vor Ort und online wurde schnell reagiert, jede Frage wurde klar beantwortet und man hatte immer das Gefühl, gut betreut zu sein. Man merkt, dass das Team Ahnung hat und sich kümmert. Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal mit genau diesem Boot unterwegs und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Für uns bleibt es eine feste Adresse, wenn wir einen entspannten und sicheren Urlaub auf dem Wasser planen. Absolute Empfehlung.

Booking was easy and well organised. Agent was friendly and competent. Early take over of the vessel could not unfortunately be accomplished. The vessel was in good, but not excellent condition because of faulty electronic system.

The boat was well equiped. We arrived by ferry from Piombino and the boat is laying in an industrial area, a bit far from Portoferraio and the taxi price to the center of Portoferraio is 25 euro each way. Also the taxi to the closest supermarket was expensive and there no restaurants at all close to boat.
