I see that the client has rated check in and check out procedures with 1.
I would like to point out that the client checked in very early at 14:00 and by 17:00 he had already left the marina.
Regarding check out we did the main check out on Friday evening and told the clients that we were waiting for the diver to check the hull . As it was already late, we told them that on Saturday morning at 09:00 they can come to the office to finish also with the paper work as is the standard procedure. So we don't understand why they say they had to wait for a whole day for check out? Also they had made a damage to the boat as they had broken one of the hatches so - all was not found to be ok.
Finally on our final report, they have rated check- in and check out procedures with excellent 5 stars so it seems a bit inconsistent to rate check in and check out with 1/5 now on this feedback.
