Boat acceptable for the years he had, the one big defect: the worn chain that did not allow the winch to pick up the anchor. Another sore point: the dinghy...the water entered and it was almost unusable.

Overall, the holiday went well, the boat, a Bavaria 39, behaved well, but we had a lot of problems to find the charter base since moved and greatly respect the instruction sent by email. Also, we were forced to turn back from the port of Soller to replace the dinghy which had perforated and the outboard engine that was 5 minutes of battery life. Replaced both, we left and found that the dinghy was ok, but the outboard was 10 minutes of battery life due to a problem of the candle solved at the end. All of this occurred earlier in the season, it denotes a lack of attention to maintenance that works to the detriment of safety at sea.
