Ich habe mich entschieden ein etwas älteres Boot zu chartern. Der Zustand war auch dementsprechend. Ich empfähle daher einen sehr genauen check ganz am Anfang des Tornes. Am ersten Tag haben wir viele sicherheitstechnische Mängel behoben leider nur auf meine ausdrückliche Hinweise: Accor, Reling, Stehgut, Sicherheitsbeleuchtung... Die Übergabe in Lefkas fand nicht in der Marina sondern am Hafen statt. Die Zustände waren sehr chaotisch, da es sehr viel los war. Der Besitzer war freundlich aber sehr unkoordiniert. Das Revier ist schön, die Häfen in der Saison aber überfüllt. Wojciech

Great organisation, support and price-quality

Since first contact, the Marenauta team supported us in making the best choice and helping us with all information requests. The boat we rented was perfect, just as described. The Check in and Check Out were easy and quick. Really, well done!! It was a nice sailing experience but could not enjoy as much as we wanted due to bad luck with the wind. First strong Sirocco, then even stronger Bora. But Marinas were well organized and for good prices. We had a Bavaria 37 2015, extremely easy to sail.

Very nice experience, the boat was clean, perfectly working and the service was very good. The only element to be evaluated is the flexibility on returning the boat on Saturday. It really depends on the timing when the next coming custonmer arrives on Saturday, while I understand the benefit of organizing all the cleanings togheter Saturday morning, having the flexibility of the cleaning all day long on Saturday might allow the return on Sasturday morning. That flexibility can be a competitive advantage vs other companies.

Never again Sunsicily!

Marenauta was friendly. The boat was OK but the anchor winch was faulty. Sunsicily at Portorosa was unhelpful and unfriendly. The Aoelie are lovely.

First forty not designed for cruising

This boat is designed for racing with a crew not for cruising. It has no protection from the elements and the cockpit design is for a minimum of 2 crew. Many things on the boat did not function properly and I could never recommend this boat for a relaxing holiday.

Hello,
I'm sorry for the client's complain. Actually, the first 40.7 is a really sporty boat, it's the most used boat for regattas. People who book this kind of boats, usually know the model and book it for this reason. The boat is perfect as a sporty boat and really appreciated by people who like this kind of boat. If Mr.Brown looked for a more comfortable cruising boat, then he should have booked an oceanis 40 instead of the first 40.7. Hope he will come back to us and will choose a different model.
