Hello Marenauta Team, in principle everything went quite well. * The information before departure (via email) that 220V is ALWAYS available on board was simply wrong. When the boat is underway, there is only 12V. * The given contact phone number for emergencies (!!) was incorrect, as the St. Martin-sur-Oust station was no longer manned. * We had no electricity in the port of Glenac and therefore could neither charge the battery nor use "normal" electrical appliances. There was no technician on site. * Very irritating was the question from the charter company Riverly when taking over the boat, whether our name was "Marenauta"!?! This year marked the 20th anniversary of sailing in Croatia. The Catamaran rented this year behaved very well. Excellent battery capacity which allowed us to stay for a week among the bays of the Croatian islands. All accessories working well. Spacious refrigerators. The charter company was excellent: fast check-in and equally fast check-out.

It was a beautiful holiday, I don't deny it, but unfortunately there was a fault with the generator and one with the watermaker right from the first night. the impossibility of producing fresh water forced us to severely limit consumption on board and to modify the cruise program to return repeatedly to Lipari in order to refuel with water, although this stop was not planned twice in the original itinerary. To the discomfort resulting from the lack of air conditioning was added the much more significant one, linked to the loss of time actually available for sailing and for the holiday itself. Due to the problem with the generator we in fact remained stopped for the first time in Lipari for about half a day, from the morning until past lunchtime, and subsequently we were forced to return to port again where we lost another day. I would like to underline that the crew demonstrated great professionalism, availability and collaborative spirit and that we do not in any way attribute the responsibility for the situation to them. On the contrary, we believe they did everything in their power to limit the impact of the problem. However, the fact remains that the service actually enjoyed is significantly different from what was proposed and purchased.

Dear Sir/Madam I am pleasantly surprised first by your staff and then by the agency you cooperate with in Biograd from where we sailed... wonderful staff and super fleet We will definitely return, maybe even this year. Booking went fairly well, I had asked for the Corsican flag and nautical charts, they assured me, but they didn't give them to me. Apart from this everything ok, even the early check in. Boat ok, even if quite old. Reliable, but we reported problems with the fridge.
