We have done many bare boat charters in recent years, and Navigate is one of the best companies we have chartered from. Friendly, prompt, super helpful, we will be back!
The battery on the boat was in constant fluctuation with loose wires. By the time we were close to Grenada we had very low power and were concerned about continuing. In the end we docked in Grenada and the battery was totally dead we hired someone to come in and validate. Thank goodness we did not stay on the mooring. Also the front head leaked and was not efficient we all used the back. Thank you. We also payed for a slip at Grenada as we did not trust the battery which cost us money

The problem was that the batterie was connected (coupling), between service batterie and engine batterie, at my arrival, I disconnect it and brought back the boat without any problem.
These was a management problem, batteries are new.

Family vacation
Very nice and friendly service from the reception untill the harbour people.
We were absolutely satisfied with the organisation of our charter in January 2025. From the initial quotation to the exceptional services provided throughout, our experience culminated in complete satisfaction during our ocean vacation. The communication, professionalism, and support from the Marenauta team were awesome. Lastly, the pricing was highly competitive, making the entire experience even more remarkable. Considering all of this, I can only recommend Marenauta and charter company to others.
General condition of the boat was good, but main halyard was nearly broken only seen when sail hoisted. No curtains or blackouts.
On the check-out they wanted to invoice many things, despite we paid insurance for that before.
In the end they dismiss everything. Very very strange!!!
