The organization and the accuracy of Marenauta was great, the only problem we had with the partner Velasud, owner of the boat! The boat was delivered to us in very poor condition, it was dirty, shabby, lacked some safety accessories, had several repairs would call "patches", leaking oil into the engine with the ignition problems, problems with the transom and other and finally genoa was also torn in short, a bad assumption to go peacefully in a week's sailing holiday! If I were you, I would estimate seriously if you keep this charter as a partner.

Overall, the holiday went well, the boat, a Bavaria 39, behaved well, but we had a lot of problems to find the charter base since moved and greatly respect the instruction sent by email. Also, we were forced to turn back from the port of Soller to replace the dinghy which had perforated and the outboard engine that was 5 minutes of battery life. Replaced both, we left and found that the dinghy was ok, but the outboard was 10 minutes of battery life due to a problem of the candle solved at the end. All of this occurred earlier in the season, it denotes a lack of attention to maintenance that works to the detriment of safety at sea.

All our expectation were met, everything was more than satisfactory, from the prices to the choice of boats. The courtesy and availability of the personnel of Marenauta are superlative. The charter operator was professional and competent, we had a problem with the boat that they solved rapidly. I would recommend Marenauta without any doubt.
