Tutto bene in quanto in vacanza si sta’ sempre bene .
Purtroppo quest’anno l’ armatore non è’ stato 6 stelle in quanto l’ imbarcazione non era del 2023 e’ le pulizie iniziali sono state inesistenti.
Per il futuro mi e’ stato consigliato di scegliere armatori a conduzione familiare

Thank you for the feedback, which we passed onto the base and equally received their feedback as well.
Please kindly note that the lead chartered did not speak English, which was a slight barrier in the communication with the local base staff, which does not speak Italian. The client’s kids were translating in order to assist.
We are surprised to received such a harsh feedback and rating with regards to the check/in out, base handling and cleaning of the boat.
To start with, the clients had notified us that their ETA was 22:30, but they came at around 10-11 AM, which was unexpected. Of course our base tried to re-arrange the cleaning order of the boats and provide the clients with a check in as early as possible. Hence the boat was ready and the clients stepped onboard at around 3 PM ( despite the fact that the contractual embarkation time was 5 PM). The clients could have stepped onboard even earlier if it wasn’t for the language barrier, as a girl from the crew was translating everything to them in Italian.
As for the cleaning issue, the client’s kids came to the office at the checkout and stated/notified us they found a forgotten toothbrush from the previous charter and a cigarette but. Our base staff apologised , explained that the cleaning staff tried to fasten the cleaning in order to assist the clients embark as early as possible on the check in day and refunded the clients with the amount of 180 EUR ( which was the cleaning amount ). This was the whole cleaning amount, despite the fact that the boat was perfectly cleaned other than the aforementioned two issues.
The clients’ check out document was very good as can be seen below and it is not in line with the form they filled on your website I am afraid.
We would really love to see Mr Giuseppe and his Crew onboard another boat with us in the not too distant future , as the client would be eligible for our repeater client discount, on top of any other disount applicable at the time of his re-booking.

Barca in ottime condizioni e charter molto professionale
La barca era in condizioni perfette e sia le procedure di check in che quelle di check out sono state molto efficienti.
Charter molto serio e professionale
In realtà la barca che ci hanno dato non era il Sun Odyssey 440 Ti Punch che avevamo prenotato ma un Dufour 470. Lo scopriamo la mattina del 17 agosto, mentre siamo in viaggio per andare a prendere la barca a Port Grimaud, riceviamo una telefonata che ci dice che la barca prenotata non era disponibile per un problema tecnico e devono darcene un'altra. Ma è stata una piacevole sorpresa, la nuova barca, Salty, è più grande e più nuova. Quindi direi che è andata bene. L'unico appunto che possiamo fare al charter è che sono un po' lenti nel check in e ci hanno un po' lasciati a noi stessi, senza darci troppe spiegazioni sulla barca. Ma per il resto tutto bene, sono venuti a prenderci al ritorno in porto per accompagnarci tra i canali e anche il check out è andato bene. Giudizio positivo
