War ein schöner Urlaub mit gutem Service!

Sehr freundliches Team! Der Base Manager Marin Kulaš ist äußerst kompetent und kümmert sich um schnelle Problemlösungen. Hatten nach ein paar Tagen ein kleines Problem, weil ein Zylinder bei dem Aussenborder plötzlich nicht mehr zündete- dadurch schlechtere Leistung momentan. Das kann halt passieren- wurde aber prompt angeschaut und repariert. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Barca buona, ma necessiterebbe di maggior cura e manutenzione per i piccoli dettagli da parte del personale di terra.

Nonostante siamo incappati in una settimana di tempo molto incerto, il responsabile del charter, Giuseppe, e i suoi colleghi si sono dimostrati molto gentili. La Marina, nuova, è gradevole e le isole Eolie sono veramente vicine, tant'è che per alcuni giorni, visto il maltempo abbiamo fatto ritorno in porto.

Tolle Kommunikation, tolles Boot und toller Urlaub - Danke marenauta

Es hat alles perfekt gepasst. Alles war bei Ankunft ausgefüllt und vorbereitet. Die Übergabe hätte etwas ausführlicher sein dürfen, was jedoch in der Hauptsaison einfach schwierig ist. Das verstehe ich auch. Bei der Rückgabe haben wir uns an alle Tipps und Erfahrungen gehalten. Das Boot war unbeschädigt, die Seeventile offen, kein Toipaper in der Toilette, Tank voll, Segel ordentlich gelegt und Leinen gespannt. Somit gab es auch keine Beanstandungen und die volle Kaution zurück. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei marenauta & Nautic Alliance buchen. Jede Frage wurde ordentlich beantwortet. Vielen Dank für alles und für Eure Hilfe
