Exzellentes Boot zu gutem Preis

Die Beneteau 46.1 (2022) war in gutem Zustand. Der Leiter der absolut kleinen Charterbase in Zakynthos war in jeder Hinsicht Extraklasse und investiert viel in die Betreuung seiner Chartergäste. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, wieder über Marenauta zu buchen, weil das Handling der Agentur super ist und alles bestens geklappt hat. Danke.

Boot war neu

Das Boot war neu und gepflegt. Die Übernahme früher als erwartet, gut und zügig. Leider gab es ein Problem mit der Toilette achtern, starke Geruchsbelästigung. Bei Rückgabe wurde das Problem durch umlegen eines Schalters gelöst. Hätte man uns das früher mitgeteilt, hätten wir uns nicht mit 4 Personen eine Toilette teilen müssen. Ansonsten alles freundlich und unkompliziert

La barca si è rivelata di ottima e lo skipper si è dimostrato simpatico e molto prudente. Tuttavia, l’accoglienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Avevamo richiesto un check-in anticipato, ma siamo stati costretti ad attendere due ore.

Ci dispiace che la cliente si sia trovata male con i servizi della società, purtroppo l’early check-in è un extra che non possiamo garantire essendo che dipende da moltissimi fattori.

Tanto che la cliente, si l’aveva chiesto, ma per correttezza, non l’ha pagato visto che non era stato possibile garantirlo.

Per il resto sembra si sia trovata bene con la barca e che si sia goduta la vacanza, questa è senza dubbio la parte più importante per noi.
