Good attention from the charter company staff; however there were certain deficiencies in the boat's condition.

Everything went very well overall. Handover took longer than planned. The boat has a very strong prop walk when going astern. That takes some getting used to compared with other boats.
On the other hand the boat sails quite well and fast.

The Bavaria 55 cabins are extremely small compared to any other vessel. The double will be one and a half berths for the rest nothing to say.
Apart perhaps from the ant nest inside the boat, but being nine men, we didn't pay much attention to it..... Show more
