Super Törn

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vercharterer. Saubere Yacht in gutem Zustand. Während dem Törn wurde festgestellt, dass das PV Panel nicht lädt. Dies wurde umgehend durch den Vercharterer durch einen fahrenden Handwerker behoben. Anker hielt nur schlecht, er lag immer auf der Seite. War ärgerlich und sollte bei einem Sicherheitsrelevanten Bauteil auch nicht sein!

Thank you for the feedback. After the client mentioned the anchor not holding we replaced it with a better one and the next charter had no problem.

Tolles gutmütiges Boot

Insgesamt ein toller Oneway-Törn mit einem schönen Schiff, kleinere Unzulänglichkeiten (die es auf einem Boot halt so gibt) wurden vom überaus freundlichen und sympathischem Vercharterer-Personal unmittelbar behoben.

Sve pohvale na NCP charter i profesionalan odnos tokom cijelog procesa. Brodica je ispunila ocekivanja, iako je rijec o malom prostoru za duzi boravak za 3 osobe, cega smo bili svjesni vec u momentu rezervacije. NCP je za svaku preporuku i rado cemo ponovo korititi usluge ove charter agnecije.

Tutto perfetto

Tutto ottimo puntuali precisi affidabili, barca un pò tenuta male considerando che aveva solo un anno di vita, però il resto tutto ok, abbiamo avuto dei mini problemi risolti brillantemente dallo staff
