Everything went OK on Marenauta's side, however Dream Yacht Charter's service at ACI marina Dubrovnik is poor and unprofessional.

On boat takeover we found:
- not enough drinking glasses (not enough for 4 people)
- galley equipment (poor pans, few utensils, spatulas)
- boat poorly cleaned (dirt in cabin, wet gloves in lockers...
- fridge didn't work! Apparently not checked beforehand.

No welcome.
Insufficient on-board service.
Unable to visit La Maddalena because they didn't have entry clearance for the archipelago.
Skipper constantly absent (she went with her boyfriend who was skipper on another boat).
Poor hygiene on board and disastrous fridge management.... Show more

The boat, Shibumi, was a few years old, but the maintenance left much to be desired: every night at 4am the battery would drain and the alarm would go off, even though we had always motored due to lack of wind; the charter promised us a replacement all week but never carried it... Show more
