APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance):  is a fund paid in advance by the Client to cover expenses incurred during the charter, such as fuel, food and beverages, port fees, and other guest-related costs. The captain manages these funds and keeps detailed records of all expenditures. At the end of the charter, a full account is provided. Any unused balance is refunded to the Client, while additional expenses exceeding the APA amount are payable by the Client. (advance payment) Required 5000€ (per week)
