Experience with much room for improvement  
The catamaran excellent. The most deficient part is the lack of official handover of the catamaran by someone technical on the vessel rather than from the hotel side. Nobody handed over the boat explaining how the toilets work, how they operate and how many refrigerators it has, water use and the possibility of desalinating water, etc. As if one arrived at a hotel with unknown facilities. On the other hand, cleaning at handover very deficient. All the toilets smelled strongly of urine from toilets that had been poorly cleaned for a long time and without knowing how to clean them or with what products. The bad smell was torture throughout the trip. And on arrival nobody welcomes the tourists' impression. They only check that the boat is undamaged so as not to charge insurance. I was very disappointed by this part of the service. The rest was fine. Thank you

Excellent organization in line with expectations  
The boat was exactly as described and the assistance excellent. Skipper and hostess were cordial and very well prepared. Maintenance and cleaning to high standards. It was an excellent vacation.
