The week on the boat was generally good. We had a nice service in Zaton (Gabriel) & - except the first windy day - a very pleasant weather. Really good time for everybody.

Everything went well with the boat until we docked back to Corfu. At the moment of the checkout, they claimed that the sound of the anchor windlass was different compared to the week before. They claimed we caused the failure by not following the right anchor procedures, which is a big lie. On top of it, the anchor windlass was not tested in the same way at the check-in: only a very quick turn off and on was performed. They asked for 250€, then came back with a new offer of 180€ to be paid cash. They promised to come back at 9 the following morning to repair the failure, but no one showed up until we left around 11. Moreover, the outboard engine of dinghy did not work properly the entire week: we informed them proactively during the week, and they refused to provide any kind of refund, not even a voucher. definitely they were just looking for easy money, claiming damages that we could not proof. Stay away!

Po več kot 20 letnih izkušnjah z charterjem in najemom plovil na hrvaškem, lahko mirno rečem da sta Marenauta in NCP charter Šibenik, vrhunsko izpolnila vsa pričakovanja in vse je potekalo A plus. Med plovbo je zaradi nevihte delno raztrgalo glavno jadro, kar so naslednji dan uredili v manj kot 6 urah, in lahko smo nadaljevali z jadranjem. Tudi vse ostalo je bilo kot bi si le želel. Priporočam, in ko grem naslednjič na sail charter-Marenauta for sure.

Boat was just okay. Cleaning was poor and the maintenance status of the vessel was also just okay with several broken or non-working functions. The check in was fast and the base personnel kind. We had a very good holiday but honestly the boat level and status was NOT worth the price we have paid.
