Vielen Dank an das Team von Marenauta! Von der Kontaktaufnahme über den Abschluss des Chartervertrages bis zur Abwicklung der Zahlungen ist alles reibungslos und schnell verlaufen. Die Kommunikation ist erstklassig. Die Vermittlung zum Vercharterer verlief ohne Probleme, die Yacht war wie im Prospekt beschrieben. Vielen Dank auch an die Charterfirma in Portisco/Sardinien! Ich habe mich in allen Belangen sehr gut betreut gefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder eine Yacht über Marenauta chartern.

Sobzirom da smo i prethodne godine imali isti model broda, ovaj je bio daleko skromniji sa opremom.Pocepano prednje jedro, nije postojala prednja kabina za skipera, skromno posudje, mali jastuci za spavanje, spoljasnji sto za rucavanje u losem stanju.

Una settimana perfetta.

Ottima accoglienza al front office o ufficio. Gentile signorina e competente e parla italiano, il che facilita assai. Molto simpatico e sbrigativo il personale in banchina per check-in check-out....tipo: qui non perdiamo tempo. Barca si presenta in ottimo stato e non ha dato problemi di nessun tipo. Esperienza da ripetersi nel 2023.

Letzte Septemberwoche, Kefalonia - Ithaka - Lefkas - Meganisi - Kalamos - Kefalonia. Traumhaftes Segelwetter, noch immer gut zum Baden in den vielen Buchten. Yacht ok, einfaches Check-in/Check-out Procedere.

Beer o'clock aus Paleros

Das Schiff ist insgesamt ungepflegt. Der seglerische Zustand war sehr ungeordnet. Es fehlt nahezu jede Dokumentation. Aus dem Teakdeck kamen die Nägel aus den Sitzflächen heraus. Es gibt nicht 1 Bändsel an Bord. Festmacherleinen waren nach langer Benutzung angerissen. Keine Schwimmleine an Bord. Keine Automatikwesten. 2 technische Ausfälle am Navi und Ankermotor wurden während der Tour vom Techniker von Odysseus binnen 12h repariert, das war immerhin OK. Am Ende haben wir die Ankerkette selbst wieder gerichtet. Die Mannschaft vor Ort geht etwas zu nachlässig mit den Schiffen um, insgesamt eine abgerockte Lady, traurig.

First of all apologies for any inconvenience caused to the client.

We are a bit surprised by the client’s comments as we got good and positive feedback directly from the client at the base.

As he mentions, the technical problems he encountered can happen to any boat and they were dealt with efficiently and promptly by our team!

Regarding the life jackets, by law we are not allowed to have the inflatable ones, only the Solas type but clients may bring their own.

As for the condition of the boat, although “she” is 11 years old we believe she is in quite good condition for her age.

Having said that and to our defence, it is the end of the season, a very long and extremely busy season with no opportunity to do cosmetic extra maintenance.

Settimana di vento alle Egadi

Abbiamo imbroccato una settimana di vento sostenuto, mediamente 15-20 nodi e mare formato, onda 1,5 m. Con una mano di terzaroli abbiamo potuto navigare abbastanza tranquilli. La barca, un Dufour 39 Grand Large ci è stata consegnata in buono stato ( unica pecca un garroccio rotto dell'inferitura randa). Assistenza della società di charter buona ed efficiente.
