Old tired boat

This yacht was tired exhibiting too many years of charter It wasn’t clean ….Bimini and spray hood filthy warps cheap and old, Jib old and baggy, anchor too light for size of boat making it difficult to get dug in Autohelm unreliable No instruction manuals (gps bow thrusters autohelm etc)on board Insufficient towels Mandraki is a harbour not a marina and as such has no on land showers or lavatories I get the impression that this charter company is operating on the lowest possible cost I’ve chartered many boats in many countries and I’m sorry to say that without doubt this was the worst

The boat's age: The boat is in line with the age stated in the rental contract, and we ensure it is well-maintained. However, we understand that personal expectations may vary.

Cleanliness and condition: We undestand that the cleanliness of the Bimini and spray hood did not meet your expectations. We strive to maintain our vessels to a high standard, and we will address any areas that require attention.

Equipment and manuals: We provide thorough check-in procedures to explain the equipment on board. While we do not have physical manuals of some equipment, we offer 24/7 support for any questions or assistance you may need during your charter.

Facilities at Mandraki: We apologize if there was any confusion regarding the availability of showers and lavatories.. There are facilities behind the main office of Marina Mandraki.

We value your feedback, and it will help us improve our services. We hope that despite the challenges you faced, you were able to enjoy your sailing experience to some extent.

Nice boat, lovely host, great hospitality. We miss the time saling rather than engine that we requested from the begining, otherwise it was very good.

Ottima e collaudata esperienza con Marenauta; sempre molto reattivi e disponibili per cercare di proporti il meglio e rispondere a tutte le tue domande. Il Charter si è rilevato estremamente affidabile e professionale mettendo a disposizione una barca pulita ed efficiente senza sorprese. Il check in rapido ma comunque accurato ci ha permesso di lasciare gli ormeggi direttamente in serata e godere da subito della vacanza. Ottimo il briefing nautico che tramite uno skipper esperto illustra le peculiarità della zona di navigazione, i pericoli e i ripari più sicuri. Navigare in Aprile è impagabile e permette di godere in quasi completa solitudine di posti fantastici. Basta un poco più di attenzione alla meteo e sfruttare con delle belle passeggiate le giornate che ti constrigono a stare riparato.

Bali 4.1 una piacevole sorpresa, Società di Charter società seria e...

Abbiamo navigato per oltre 200 miglia passando per Kea, Kyhtnos, Seriphos, Siphnos, Milos, Antiparos, Paros, Syros e Giaros... Il Meltemi ci ha permesso di viaggiare veloci e di divertirci un po'. In condizioni di poco vento (stranamente è successo), 5-7 nodi il Bali è praticamente fermo. Superati i 9/10 nodi inizia a camminare ma, come tutti i catamarani "non performance" richiede un vento "deciso" per muoversi. Abbiamo preso anche giornate con 35 nodi fissi e raffiche a 40 nodi in mare aperto con onda formata e il Bali si è comportato alla grande. La Società di Charter, società seria e affidabile, la consiglio. Marenauta? Beh... sono anni che prenoto con loro le mie vacanze estive e sono una garanzia e una tranquillità di noleggiare e sapere che quando arriverai in porto, non avrai sorprese...di alcun tipo! :-)
