Great sailing experience with Marenauta - Charter Company - ACI Dubrovnik. Everything from our last-minute booking to check-in the experience was excellent, except some issues with credit card acceptance for insurance deposit purposes, resulting in one month needed to refund the funds. The boat itself which was Hanse 385 was a really nice surprise for me after a couple of Bavarias similarly sized. Comfortable enough for 4 of us, well equipped and in a good shape. The staff in ACI in Komolac were very friendly, from Mr. Davor who was knowledgeable and relaxed, showing us every technical detail on the sailboat. Special thanks to technical support service. I had some troubles with dinghy motor which didn't want to start when we where at Šunj Beach on Lopud Island. I was offered for the engine swap on the Šipan island, where we anchored, within two hours from contacting the team. This surely surpassed my expectations. Mljet and it's aquatory was already known for us but the oldest National Park at the Adriatic always surprises. Prožura and Okuklje coves were the most charming for us and they are really hidden gems. Keep on the good work!

Our trip to Eolie, Ustica and Egadi was very pleasant. Marenauta did an excellent job in getting all we asked, including various extras and using our preferred skipper. The boat as in impeccable conditions.

Inizio seconda settimana parte un fusibile di una delle docce interne. Chiamo e mi viene detto che provvederanno ad inviare qc dopo aver controllato la ns posizione . Non sentiamo più nulla dopo un giorno richiamo, si scusano e mi dicono sapendo dove edavamo in navigazione di dirigerci a Verboska presso il distributore di carburante. Arriviamo dopo un paio di ore, mi reco al distributore il quale mi dice di non avere nessun fusibile e che comunque nessuno gli ha avvisati. Praticamente facciamo la seconda settimana senza una doccia… normalmente i noleggiatori dovrebbero fornire le barche dei piccoli ricambi necessari in questo caso non c’era nulla, e non è un buon servizio anche per la scortesia come hanno risposto. Quando siamo rientrati abbiamo evidenziato tale bad service che non mi ha assolutamente soddisfatto. Saluti

One week sailing between the islands north of Kos with friends. A place that is in my heart, ideal for sailing but also to enjoy the local beauties. First few days of the week with lack of wind, but then Aeolus come up with in all its energy...amazing!
