Das Segeltevier Ionisches Meer ist ein sehr schöne Gegend. Der Wind war nicht immer vorhanden, wehalb oft der Motor einspringen musste um die Milen abzureißen. Um Meganisi, kalamos und kastos sind die kleinen Motorboote eine plage. Zu dicht zu schnell und meistens leider such rücksichtslos. Deshalb war es nicht immer möglich einige gegenden die Schönheit zu genießen. Die Segelyacht war leider auch nicht im besten Zustand. Die navigation hat man noch mit dem eigenen ipad hin bekommen was aber gar nicht geht, Windmesser, Tiefenmesser und verklickern waren einfach nicht vorhanden bzw. Nicht ablesbar. Die Sanitäranlage hat das grauwasser immer wieder zurück in die Toilettenschüssel gelassen welche dann als Überraschung nach einem tör auf einen gewartet hat. Auch war einmal die Toilette verstopft, die wir dann mit einer saugglocke frei bekommen haben. Auch der heinathafen durfte nur zu beginn und am ende kostenlos genutzt werden. Für alle anderen Tage wäre eine Gebühr von 25euro fällig.

To be honest, I had expected to hear from you proactively, especially since I reported a number of serious issues during the charter. My experience was unfortunately far from satisfactory. The condition of the boat significantly affected our trip and fell well below what I would expect from a professionally managed charter operation. The following message was sent to the charterer, who assured me that it would be forwarded to you: „Hello Tasos, As we are returning to Gouvia tomorrow, I wanted to inform you in advance about several issues we experienced during the charter. Unfortunately, the condition of the boat was disappointing and below expectations. To help avoid similar problems for the next crew, the following points should be checked before the boat is rented again: * The main battery is extremely weak. Even with almost nothing running, the voltage quickly drops to 11V, triggering the alarm at night and waking us up. We regularly had to run the engine while anchored. * The boiler is leaking, which flooded the bilge with hot water. As a result, we could no longer use hot water. * We assume the freshwater tank is leaking, as the tank is empty after a day despite very limited water usage and no showering. * The pump runs unusually long and loud, even with minimal water usage. * The wind sensor at the top of the mast is stuck, so no wind speed is displayed. * The navigation system froze and only worked again after a factory reset. * The onboard displays and panels show information such as water depth irregularly. At times we had to anchor without reliable depth data. * The left control panel cannot be properly used because the enter button is defective. * The shore power cable was already defective and had to be replaced. Otherwise, we would not have had shore power from the first night. * Smaller organizational issues also added to the experience: the promised welcome package was missing, and I did not receive the requested contact information. We documented all issues with photos and videos and can show them to you tomorrow if needed. I understand that minor defects can happen on any charter boat, but I could not rely on several essential systems on this boat. The number and seriousness of these issues are unlike anything I have experienced on previous charters. Given the overall condition and the impact on our trip, I believe some form of compensation or refund would be appropriate. I would appreciate hearing what solution you can offer. Best regards“ To date, I have not received any response, acknowledgement, or statement from you regarding these issues. This lack of communication is disappointing, particularly considering the number and severity of the defects reported. A professional response and a serious review of the situation would have been the minimum expectation. Instead, I am left with the impression that customer feedback and legitimate concerns are not being taken seriously. As a result, my overall impression of both the charter experience and your handling of the matter afterwards is very negative. Based on this experience, I would currently neither charter through you again nor recommend your services to friends, family, or fellow sailors. I would still appreciate receiving your position on this matter and hearing what steps, if any, you intend to take to address both the reported defects and the lack of follow-up communication. Die Reservierung über Marenauta lieft reibungslos; Fragen wurde umgehend beantwortet. Die Übernahme der Yacht war ebenfalls gut organisiert und ohne nennenswerte Verzögerungen. Für ein Problem mit dem Abwassertank am 3. Tag wurden zwei Mitarbeiter von der Charterfirma sogar per Auto in unseren nä. Liegehafen geschickt. Aufgrund der Service-Tätigkeiten wurde uns 1/2 Tag kostenfrei am Ende dazugegeben.

Von Seiten des Supports, der Charterfirma war alles Bestens. Bei Fragestellungen war sofortige Hilfe da, und im Hafen auch persönlich vorhanden. Für das Boot konnten die leider nichts für. Der Zustand des Bootes war unzureichend (wohl durch den jetzigen Besitzer keine notwendigen Reparaturen gewünscht). Autopilot war defekt, der Zustand des Bodens in den Kajüte teils mit gefährlich vorstehenden und lockeren Schrauben, das Wassersystem undicht, weswegen alle 20-30s die Wasserpumpe anspringt. Das Infopanel teils inkorrekt.

É stata un ottima vacanza, l'imbarcazione del 2025 era al top, ottima l'accoglienza dalla società di charter e a tutto lo staff. Palma di Maiorca con i suoi porti e cale mi ha molto soddisfatto. Ci ritorneremo.

Das Team ist super bemüht. Leider hatten wir ein neues Boot. Da sind erst in der Woche die Probleme aufgefallen. Aber das Team hat sich um alles gekümmert. Wir kommen wieder :-)
