Nous avons une très bonne expérience pendant ce séjour avec ce bateau . L'équipe GAIS est super ! Ils sont super réactif et toujours prêt à résoudre les problèmes. Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueilli et le check out fut un succès. Je recommande vivement

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit dem Boot

Die Organisation des Yachtcharters ist sehr professionell und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hatte das Boot einige Mängel, die im vorhinein nicht kommuniziert wurden, jedoch auch bei Rückgabe nicht zu Problemen führten. Alles in allem eine schöne Bootstour und der Yachtcharter ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr geehrtes Marenauta-Team Wir waren mit unserem Segelurlaub generell sehr zufrieden. Die Buchung, die Vorbereitung und die Informationen im Vorfeld haben gut funktioniert, und auch das Boot sowie das Revier rund um Sukošan haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Einziger Punkt: Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Motor des Dinghys. Dieser wurde zwar ausgetauscht, leider war der neue Motor aber nicht wirklich besser. Trotzdem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Woche an Bord und würden Marenauta gerne weiterempfehlen. Freundliche Grüsse Niklas Danielson

Dobro in korektno

Lastnik in ostalo osebje je bilo zelo prijazno in korektno. Glede na starost barke (18 let) je dobro vzdrevana. Tudi ko se nam je pokvaril sidrni vinč so fantje prislu in zamenjali z novim tako da de popravilo trajalo vsega skupaj 2h. Zelo zadovoljen z vsem osebjem!

"Vacanza meravigliosa"

La barca ed il personale hanno superato le più rosee aspettative, sempre disponibili ed attenti ad ogni nostra esigenza. Barcha nuova, e perfettamente funzionante. Un ringraziamento particolare va a David che con la sua esperienza e premura ha reso le operazioni di ormeggio, nelle giornate metereologicamente difficili, semplici e sicure. Check in erst ab genau 17.00 Uhr.Am Boot wurde aber nicht mehr gearbeitet. Dadurch wenig zeit für Bootscheck Küchenutensilien sehr spärlich!

Our official check-in time and boats handover begins at 17:00. We always try to welcome guests in our office as soon as they arrive which is why the paperwork in the case was done at 14:30.

The check in of the boat depends on multiple technical and operational factors - our team must complete technical inspections, safety checks, and to clean the boat. Once the boats are fully ready, our base staff starts with the check in following the chronological order of guests' arrival. This policy ensures complete fairness, so no guest feels overlooked or unfairly delayed.

Since the official check-in window opens at 17:00, our team worked as efficiently as possible to reach every boat in the correct order. We truly value your patience during this busy embarkation period.

We hope you had a safe and enjoyable time at sea, and we look forward to welcoming you aboard again in the future.
