C'era un problema sulla barca che avevamo noleggiato, un 44 piedi e quindi ci hanno fatto un upgrade su un bellissimo e nuovissimo 50 piedi, super equipaggiato allo stesso prezzo! Abbiamo quindi passato una settimana meravigliosa su una superbarca! Attenzione al cliente al TOP!

Leider haben wir eine Woche erwischt, wo kein Wind war. Bugstrahlruder vom Boot defekt, und schon länger.

Estuvimos navegando por las siete islas durante dos semanas. Alquilamos un Bavaria 46. El barco tenia las velas nuevas y navegaba muy bien. El barco tiene un problema de entrada de agua cuando embarca agua en cubierta pero por suerte no tuvimos olas de proa salvo al final de la travesía. Por lo demás el barco aunque tiene sus años va muy bien. Bien equipado en seguridad y electrónica, el motor sin problema. Barco rápido. La empresa funciona muy bien y trato muy agradable. A final tuvimos un pequeño incidente atracando, se rompió un candelero y lo repararon sin cobrarnos nada. Muy agradecidos.

Check in hat ein wenig gedauert weil viel los war. Dies wurde mir aber freundlich mitgeteilt und war kein Problem. Die Übergabe ging sehr professionell und schnell. Super. Die Rückgabe war ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert. Gegenseitiges Vertrauen war gegeben. Das ganze Team ist sehr professionell und äusserst zuvorkommend.

Barca superlativa... Servizio marenauta ottimo

Una giornata estiva poco prima di un mese dalla partenza, è venuta in mente a me ed ad alcuni amici di fare una vacanza ad Ibiza in Catamarano. Detto fatto, contatto Marenauta che in pochi giorni ha proposto un a soluzione ottimale a quanto cercavo. Le operazioni pre-vacanza sono state correttamente gestite da Marenauta, la quale ha consigliato anche un partner per assicurazione sul deposito. All'arrivo in marina, la bella sorpresa. La barca era ancor meglio della descrizione. Veramente un ottima sorpresa ed accoglienza. Meno bella l'esperienza con il charter che mi ha riconosciuto un danno ridicolo (una cimetta nell'elica che il sub ha risolto in 10min). Il costo invece è stato significativo ma, grazie all'assicurazione suggerita da Marenauta, il tutto si è risolto in tempi brevi. Esperienza magnifica.

Leider befand sich dass Boot in einem technisch weniger gutem Zustand. Im Einzelnen handelte es sich hierbei um folgende Mängel: -Füllstandsanzeige Dieseltank defekt. - Füllstandsanzeige Wassertank defekt. - Verklicker defekt. - Dieselmotor wies starke, ölhaltige Verschmutzung auf. - Ausdehnungsgefäss der Druckerhöhungsanlage vom Brauchwasser undicht. - Keilriemen mangelhaft ( Keilriemen riss während der Fahrt unter Motor nach Skradin, was nach kurzer Zeit zum Ausfall der Maschine führte. Dass Boot wurde in die Marina Skradin geschleppt und am Folgetag wurde der Keilriemen durch Techniker ausgetauscht. Die Koordination des Abschleppens und der Reparatur über den Basemanager wurde über den Basemanager gut abgewickelt.

Bestes Boot ever

Die Bali 4.4 ist vom Raumkonzept her genial. Und 4 Seasons Yachting, ein deutscher Vercharterer, hat das Boot wirklich perfekt ausgestattet :). Auch die Leute der Basis waren unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Zudem noch guter Wind, was kann man sich als Segler mehr wünschen?!

Insomma..

La barca in generale non era in cattive condizioni, non fosse per il gps che, spesso, non prendeva più i comandi touchscreen e non disponeva più, causa rottura, del comando analogico. Altra pecca è stata un grave malfunzionamento dei serbatoi idrici, o quantomeno dell'impianto in generale: perdeva al punto da finire 1000l in appena qualche ora!! Ultima nota negativa l'etica di prua: non funzionante.

CON LA FAMIGLIA IN CATAMARANO

Bravi alla base di Portocolom. Gentili ed efficaci. La barca era abbastanza in ordine, ma al secondo giorno il verricello dell'ancora si è rotto ed è stato subito sostituito con uno nuovo! Il quarto giorno la drizza della randa ci ha lasciati ed abbiamo dovuto farla sostituire. L'ultimo giorno il tubo della pompa per la doccetta esterna si è staccato.
