With the typical beauty of its landscapes and mild climate, Ripostosvolge an important role and prestige in the hinterland. View from the sea is beautiful. The landscape has not yet been marred by ugly and irregular constructions. The majestic silhouette of Mount Etna, especially when it is snowy, gives a commingled village atmosphere of sea and mountains. Even the coastal area of Ripon, in some respects, is singular: to the south of the country are observed small beaches interspersed among the rocks and behind the characteristic "Timpa" Carruba and its vegetation that is close to the so-called "spot" Mediterranean while to the north the beach is wide and fine gravel, ideal for bathing.
