Accoglienza rapida, consegna della barca anche in anticipo, la radio VHF l’abbiamo controllata al check in e quando l’abbiamo provata in navigazione era staccata dalla corrente (con contatto telefonico l’abbiamo accesa); l’autopilota si è guastato subito e per tutta la settimana non l’abbiamo potuto usare; elica rumorosa per risonanza.

Thank you for the feedback I would only like to reply regarding the written feedback by the client: The reason the autopilot was not working was that someone, (we don't know who) "played with the settings" upon the return, we investigated and fixed the setting immediately. Secondly the client did not mention anything about the autopilot during his charter, only during the checkout also there was no feedback about a noisy propeller - mentioned either.. As mentioned we solved the VHF problem immediately by phone once they called. We would appreciate that this feedback would be added to the comments, so that any future clients knows that we take our charter support very seriously and are always supporting the clients. Finally we are very pleased with the customer Mr Valerio, he took care of the yacht and we will be happy to see him and crew back again.

The client and crew of Mr Harry on our satisfaction survey gave us a 4/5 on the following
General shape, Equipment, cleanliness, comfort, dinghy
they gave us a 5/5 for technical equipment
they gave us an 2/5 for the dinghy because it did not start one time, but once they called us we gave them instructions and it was working immediately
(not a fair score/ but that what they wrote)
they also set a 5/5 rating on
welcome, technical briefing, chart briefing, assistance during the charter, customer service, on the crew and itinerary
finally, the mentioned
inventory was complete, they would sail with us again and they would recommend us to friend 9 or 10
