Great trip on a great boat
|

I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a sailing trip on a Hanse Yachts Hanse 455 yacht with a group of 9 people. I must say, the trip was an unforgettable experience that exceeded our expectations.
The yacht was in excellent condition and provided us with ample space and comfort throughout the journey. Despite the challenging weather conditions, we did not experience any issues with the boat, which was a testament to its durability and reliability.
However, we did encounter a minor misunderstanding with the agent, which resulted in us waiting in the wrong port. Nevertheless, this did not detract from the overall experience, and we were able to enjoy the trip to the fullest.
One of the standout features of the trip was the shipowner's friendly and communicative nature. He spoke great English, which made communication between us and him very smooth. He was very helpful and did not cause any problems for us during our sailing trip in Cyclades.
In summary, the Hanse Yachts Hanse 455 yacht provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable sailing experience. The boat was in great condition, and the shipowner was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this yacht for anyone looking to embark on a sailing trip in the future.

Vari problemi

|
Positiva anche se ci son state incomprensioni, avevo chiesto più volte a voi via mail e anche telefonando se c'erano i giubbetti di salvataggio autogonfiabili, altrimenti avremmo portato i nostri. Mi è stato risposto assolutamente sì, poi arriviamo e non ci sono. Solo dopo essermi arrabbiato ne han tirati fuori 6 su 8 persone di equipaggio, tenete conto della settimana di vento sempre 30/35 kn con punte di 45.
Inoltre, quando siamo arrivati ci han comunicato che non funzionava la stazione del vento e l'ecoscandaglio, che sono fondamentali e, per non annullare la crociera perché non avevano barche sostitutive, ho accettato a fronte di uno sconto.
In seguito, al 5 giorno si è rotto il verricello dell'ancora non per colpa nostra e sarebbero forse venuti il giorno dopo a cercare di ripararlo, ma abbiamo deciso di rientrare subito, perdendo un giorno e mezzo perché gestire una barca di 45 piedi con porti pieni sia a Poros che Aegina era complicato mettersi all'ancora senza verricello.
Credo che meritiamo da voi un congruo sconto al prossimo noleggio.
