Extra diensten 
Extra diensten die rechtstreeks in de jachthaven moeten worden betaald bij inscheping.
Charter package:  End Cleaning, Outboard Engine, Dinghy, 1x set of Bed Linen & Bath Towels/person, 1x bottle of local wine, sparkling water, 1 bottle of Gas, local Greek nuts & marmalade, bathroom amenities, rubbish bags, welcome card. Verplicht 250€ (per booking)
Borg:  te betalen bij check-in met creditcard of contant Restitueerbaar 2500€
Skipper:  Paid on spot in cash. Food provided by clients or to be paid an extra 30€/day. Skipper must have his own cabin and access to one of the toilets. Damage waiver is obligatory on skippered charters. Optioneel 210€ (per day + food)
Starter pack:  dishwash liquid, sponge, rubbish bags, matches, toilet & kitchen rolls, fruit plate, water, orange juice, wine, packet of biscuits, individual sachets of tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Optioneel 70€ (per booking)
Transfer:  from airport to marina and vice versa, rates upon request (can only be arranged the latest 3 days before embarkation) Optioneel --
Stand up paddle (SUP) Optioneel 120€ (per week)
Hostess:  Food provided by clients or to be paid an extra 30€/day. Hostess Duties: Taking care of deck works, skipper assistance, cleaning of common areas, i.e. saloon, galley, prepare breakfast and a light lunch daily; Paid on spot in cash + food provisioning on client’s burden. Hostess must have her own cabin and access to one of the toilets. Optioneel 190€ (per day + food)

Staff at ionian catamaran charters were excellent. friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. The boat itself has problems with the electrical system. The charter listing indicated it would be fitted with solar panels but they were not fitted. I don't think they ever had been. The days we used it were normal for very light air required using engine a lot with extended engine running time of always 3 to 5 hours a day. Every night the low voltage alarm would go off at around 0300 due to lack of battery charge. Aside for the nuisance of alarms, this was frustrating as it meant the refrig in cabin and cockpit were not working part of the night. We are experience yacht owners and know how to operate a 12v boat. The two service batteries just did not charge up properly from alternator. On return the staff said that the alternator had recently been replaced and the batteries also. But there is something else that needs rectification. Luckily engine battery is separate so no problem to crank engine but you can't do that to charge batteries when med-moored in a quiet greek harbor after sundown. Typically moored and no shore power avail. The level gauge system for water tank and diesel fuel were useless. Both tanks were full when we started and after 3 days levels still showed 100% for fuel and the water tank never changed from 63%. On a boat I own I can stick the tank, estimate consumptions etc but a charter is black hole so we had no idea levels and fuel and water available. Few desirable harbors had fresh water and even fewer offer diesel. I think a charter boat fitted with gauging due to no stick access must have working level gauging. on last day the fuel dropped on gauge from 100% to 50% in a matter of minutes. Not fair for a charterer to be guessing on the fuel and water available. These things have to be calibrated properly and maintained. The boat had minor cabinetry damages that Ionian acknowledged during pre-inspection but we felt they should be getting repaired between charters. I would not likely charter a Hansa yacht next time. Peccato per uno dei 4 bagni, il resto perfetto  
Servizio veramente ottimo, barca pressochè perfetta, unica eccezione per uno dei 4 bagni, il cui scarico, aveva a volte dei ritorni dall'odore "gradevole". La barca è vissuta ma in ordine, tutto funziona, appare sottovelata ma ha prestazioni di tutto rispetto, la cosiglio, risolto il problema del bagno, vi permetterà di divertirvi facendovi sentire al sicuro. La consiglio a chi ha una media esperienza, non la consiglierei a principianti. In ogni caso l'assistenza del charter è ottima, sempre pronti a qualsiasi esigenza. La zona inoltre è di una bellezza imbarazzante, ogni insenatura, ogni baia, è una location da depliant.

Toller Katamaran, guter Service und perfekter Skipper  
Wir hatten tolle Tage auf einem sehr gut eingerichteten Katamaran. Die Übernahme verlief am Anfang etwas holprig da man uns sagte wir könnten früher auf den Katamaran. Letzten Endes sind wir dann zur vorgesehenen Zeit abgefahren und haben den Trip sehr genossen. Unser Skipper Vasili war perfekt. Immer gut vorbereitet und sehr professionell. Alles in allem würden wir sofort wieder diese Woche buchen.
