Thanks for providing opportunity sending our feedback!
Overall, it was a very meaningful week, our team had a really good time, there are beautiful places in Croatia.
The sailing boat (Elan 45) was as described in the reservation and as it was expected, but let me highlight a few things that could perhaps be improved for a higher level of service:
- unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work properly, which would be essential in that environment and climate
- the internal instruments did not always work properly, e.g. the fuel level display was dead.
- taking over the ship first day was a very fast and hasty process. Although we have advanced knowledge of sailing, we dont know all types of boats and we couldn't remember much about the very quick instructions. It was rather chaotic...
-the re-fueling process of the large number of ships expected at the end of the period must also be better organized - but we know it is not fully your business
But, again, we left Biograd with very pleasant experiences, thank you!
