More attention to details

Every is ok in particoular for workers of ship owner. There was only two aspects about the sailboat nedded more maintenance. First the filter of shover. I was obstructed by hair from previous customers and the water remained on the floor. Second one flame of kitchen was unusable because was blocked from before cruises.

Troppo vecchia?

La barca era troppo vecchia, abbiamo dovuto anche chiamare l’assistenza in navigazione per problemi di perdite del gas. Winch non idonei, da sostituire. Serbatoio acqua che trafila verso l’interno della barca.

Beautiful vacation but boat with lacks

Beautiful part of Craotia with lovely islands - Hvar, Brac, Lastovo etc - beautiful weather apart for couple of days. Unfortunately the boat presented problems first with the anchor winch after 3 days, which was working only one way (thanks God pull up worked...),the gasoline level sensor disconnected showing up full tank always, and finally 4 days prior check out a ring of the chain of the anchor broke losing 30 meters chain and anchor undersea, the broken ring was careless and corroded very dangerous if this happened overnight!

Marenauta ottimo mediatore. Società di Charter con ottime barche, belle pulite e a posto in tutto; ottimo personale, molto preparato e disponibile, unica pecca(se cosi' si puo' chiamare) parlavano solo inglese. Coste croate bellissime.

Era la quarta volta che mi recavo in questi posti (tra Zzara e Spalato) in barca a vela e le aspettative sono state rispettate: tutto molto molto bello! Purtroppo la barca ha avuto numerosi problemi che ci hanno condizionato e per ben due volte abbiamo dovuto chiamare l'armatore che è intervenuto con propri uomini prima per sostituire il salpa ancora rotto (il secondo giorno a Murter) e poi la cucina a gas rotta (il quarto giorno a Skradin). Personale di assistenza molto attento e pronto ad intervenire, ma barca in pessime condizioni (frigo che di fatto non funzionava, questa una delle cose più gravi...), inoltre procedure di check in/out praticamente nulle. Peccato questo aspetto.
