Decent boats - Great service

We had a great vacation. The service from charter company was great, from airport transfer to check-out. There were few smaller issues with the boat, but nothing big that would spoil the vacation and we did present all issues and our kind suggestions to the charter company. All in all, we were very satisfied.

Ottima esperienza fra le isole di Sibenik e le Incoronate.

Esperienza più che positiva. Barca molto recente, pulita, ben equipaggiata e semplice da portare. Check-in e check-out veloce ed efficiente. Staff del charter gentile ed efficiente. Luoghi molto belli (isole di Sibenik e Incoronate), anche se a metà agosto non è sempre facile trovare posto alla boa. Si trova sempre comunque l'alternativa: in rada, nei porticcioli dei paesi o in marina.

Posti bellissimi grandi navigate oltre 289 mn. Barca nuova come da descrizione. Meno buono il charter, quasi una giornata di attesa per check-out per poi non trovare nulla. Tutto era a posto...!!!!

I see that the client has rated check in and check out procedures with 1.

I would like to point out that the client checked in very early at 14:00 and by 17:00 he had already left the marina.

Regarding check out we did the main check out on Friday evening and told the clients that we were waiting for the diver to check the hull . As it was already late, we told them that on Saturday morning at 09:00 they can come to the office to finish also with the paper work as is the standard procedure. So we don't understand why they say they had to wait for a whole day for check out? Also they had made a damage to the boat as they had broken one of the hatches so - all was not found to be ok.

Finally on our final report, they have rated check- in and check out procedures with excellent 5 stars so it seems a bit inconsistent to rate check in and check out with 1/5 now on this feedback.

First 35 Croazia

Ho preso a noleggio il First 35 per la prima volta e ammetto che avevo dei dubbi sulla comodità della barca.Arrivato in marina ho visto che le barche erano tutte recentissime e in ottimo stato e dopo una settimana a veleggiare con grandi soddisfazioni anche con poco vento posso assolutamente consigliarvi questa barca. Organizzazione Marenauta impeccabile
