Problemino tecnico

Barca in linea con le aspettative, purtroppo un piccolo impasse, alla partenza è stata buttata una salvietta biodegradabile e compatibile con le fosse biologiche nello scarico del WC, errore di un ospite non avvezzo agli usi e costumi delle imbarcazioni. Chiamata l'assistenza al molo, un incaricato è arrivato prontamente per risolvere, ma ahimè il problema non è stato risolto. Richiesta da parte del responsabile 150 € pagate all'istante. Purtroppo per la durata della settimana il wc è stato inutilizzabile. Alla restituzione della barca hanno sistemato subito l'inconveniente........

The toilet was full of wet wipes.

One of our guys has spent 3 hours to clean the toilet.

At the end of the story we have had to buy new motor which cost 400,00 eur and the client has paid only for cleaning 150,00 eur.

Betrügerische Nachzahlungs-Forderung von YACHTCHARTER

Wir wurde Opfer von betrügerischen Nachzahlungs-Forderung seitens Yachtcharter. Nach dem der Check-Out am Freitag ohne Beanstandungen abgeschlossen hatten und wir bereits OK bekommen haben das alles in Ordnung sei (inklusive OK vom Taucher) mussten wir beim Verlassen des Bootes am Samstag eine Nachzahlung leisten (von der Kaution abgezogen ohne Möglichkeit des Einspruches) Aufgrund von dubiosen Anschuldigungen betreffend Schäden an der Schiffsschrauben, welche beim Check Out am Freitag nicht vorhanden waren. Yachtcharter ist unseriös und für uns auf der Black-List.

Since the client has already sent a complaint through you, to which we responded on August 18, 2022. year, we think it is not out of place to repeat the chronology of this case:
At the check out, the diver inspects the underwater part of the vessel. On the vessel Saturn, a rope was observed wrapped around the propeller. A diver was taking pictures of a coiled line and had to remove the line. The rope was very deeply tangled in the shaft so that the diver had to remove the propeller, untangled the rope and put the propeller back. He charged us for that service since we don't have our own diver, but we use him from the service, since in the ACI marina Vodice it is not allowed otherwise. We charged the client the amount = HRK 975, which is what the diver charged us. The client was warned at check out about this problem, but he denied it despite the photos that he did not want to look at at all.
We also sent photos in our first reply.
The base acted completely correctly and we consider the guest's dissatisfaction unjustified.

Eintrag zum Logbuch Adria 2022 Marina Frapa - (Rogoznica- Kroatien) Check In: 14.08.2022 15:30 Uhr Bavaria Cruser 34.2 „ Little Joe“ Länge 9,99m breite 3,42m Alles in Ordnung und sauber, Checkliste durchgegangen, dabei festgestellt das ein Zugseil für das Groß angerissen war! Reklamiert und ist behoben worden! Nun ist alles Ok! (Erst Später bemerkt Toilette voll!) Am 15.08.2022 erste Ausfahrt mit anschließenden Segeln, Segel Hissen und kennenlernen, (Dabei festgestellt das das Groß Klemmt) bei starkem Wind und Seegang Windstärke 5. Aber das was am schlimsten war, ist das die Tankanzeige auf null zeigte! Und wir nicht sicher waren haben wir nun Diesel so viel verbraucht oder ist ein Leck im Tank! Als wir an der Tankstelle nachgefüllt haben waren nur 10 Lieter reingegangen! Also Tankanzeige muß einfach Stimmen! Aber sonst waren wir zu frieden und würden wiederkommen!
