Vacanza Grecia Ionica

Ho scelto una barca con 6 stagioni di noleggio charter consapevole di una possibile usura legata a tale utilizzo. Ho trovato però una barca a cui non è stata effettuata nemmeno la manutenzione ordinaria. Ci siamo trovati frontalini della cucina scardinati , una parte del bordo del tavolo senza profilo ,il frigo a pozzetto inutilizzabile, un fuoco su tre della cucina che non restava acceso, la luce esterna in pozzetto non utilizzabile e con 2 fili volanti ( pericolosi ?!? ) La pulizia direi pessima. A parte lavare , personalmente , tutte le stoviglie perché incrostate , abbiamo dovuto richiamare il personale per un bagno non utilizzabile per lo sporco accumulato attorno al water . La signora intervenuta si è molto scusata . Calcolando che la spesa è paragonabile a quella dello scorso anno , noleggiata alla Marina di Scarlino dove abbiamo dato il massimo della valutazione , questa valutazione è ben distante !!!!!! La nostra vacanza è andata comunque molto bene anche perché l’equipaggio si è saputo adattare a tutti questi disguidi. Vorrei tornare nella Grecia Ionica ma con un altro charter.

We are very sorry about the comments of the client.

We understand that the clients’ charter holidays went well, as there were no issues with the motor, the sails, the anchor system and the boat’s hygiene. This is because, we run annually a detailed maintenance program for each boat of our fleet.

The boat’s cleaning during check in was reported sound. However, hours after the clients’ embarkation, our cleaning personnel was asked to come back again, which we did without objection.

Nomicos Yachts is active in the charter business since 1996 running a fleet of approximately 42 sailing boats from eight different bases in Greece and Turkey (Athens, Lavrion, Corfu, Preveza, Cephalonia, Zakynthos, Rhodes and Göcek, Turkey).

We are trying to offer the best sailing experience to our charter clients; at the same time we are here to assist in times of difficulties.

Sehr gut gewartetes und sauberes Schiff, Übergabe und Rückgabe professionell durch Charterbase ausgeführt. Alles komplett vorhanden. Tolles Segelgebiet mit richtig viel Wind (Bora 30 kn)

Skipper konnte weder English noch Deutsch Kominikation war seh schwiereig. Keine Dushe und Toilette in der Marina vorhanden.

We are glad to see the opinion from the client.

It is true that our skipper does not speak German. The skipper drove them where they wanted. When they returned, they were satisfied. Example, they would come to Luka Vis, get off the ship and walk to Komiža. The skipper himself brought the boat to Komiža, and so on to other islands.

Guests like to combine sailing with hiking and walking around the islands.

There are toilets in the Zenta marina, but they are not open due to renovations.

Our opinion is that the guests are good and cultured and I would like them to see again.

Über Marenauta habe ich schon viele Male gebucht und war wie immer sehr zufrieden. Kavas Yacht war ebenfalls problemlos. Lief alles super
