Leider war die von uns gebuchte Yacht (SEALINE F430, Baujahr 2022) aufgrund eines technischen Defektes nicht verfügbar und wir bekamen als Ersatz eine baugleiche Yacht, allerdings Baujahr 2020. Die elektrische Ankerwinsch hat uns auch Kopfzerbrechen bereitet, da das System des öfteren beim Ankern ausgefallen ist. Es bedurfte dann immer mehrerer System-Neustarts bis sie wieder funktionierte, was nicht ungefährlich war. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den tollen Support von Alen YCC, der für alle Probleme immer eine Lösung wusste.

Za najam predmetnog plovila mogu reće samo riječi pohvale. Dogovor s Marenautom je bio brz i precizan bez problema. Brodica je skoro nova, odlično očuvana sa skoro svom opremom potrebnom amaterskoj plovidbi (možda autopilot i pokazivač brzine i smjera vjetra...). Proces prijave i odjave malo traje, ali to je razumljivo zbog velike gužve u kratkom specifičnom vremenskom periodu. Voditelj baze (Edi) je odgovorio brzo i točno na dva puta postavljena pitanja, podrška za svaku pohvalu. Zadarski arhipelag je fantastičan. Cijeli doživljaj je za svaku preporuku.

Poca cura nella barca

I posti meravigliosi. La barca buona nel complesso, ma appena partiti siamo dovuti rientrare due volte alla base perché scattava l'allarme del motore, problema non risolto. Abbiamo perso le due ore che avevamo pagato con il check. In anticipato,ma non hanno voluto restituirci i 100 euro pagati in più. Per il resto gentili, ma poca cura nei dettagli e pulizia della barca approssimativa.

I truly understand your frustration about the faulty pressure alarm that went on just after your departure from our base. We apologize about that but as you understand this can happen even to our well maintained yachts. Our engineer met you in the nearest port to you, straight away, and fixed the issue in less than 1.5h, so you didn’t spend more time waiting.

As you have received the yacht 1h before the agreed early check-in time and you also return it 1h after the agreed time, it looks like you enjoyed to the fullest your trip!

As per the attention to detail, we are sorry that you didn’t mention anything to us all these days that you were on board and we didn’t have the opportunity to address any inconvenience.

Wir bekamen ein sehr schlecht gewartetes Boot, VERDRECKTE Toilette, alle Ladeanschlüsse für Smartphones etc defekt, Ankerwinsch hat nicht funktioniert, hätten um ein Haar den Anker aufgeben müssen. Schäkel zw, Fochschot und Fock hatte sich gelöst, da nicht richtig angezogen, kein Reserveschäkel an Board. Bis wir alle sichtbaren Reparaturen erledigt hatten, sind fast 2 Tage vergangen. Das Boot hatte nicht wie ausgewiesen einen 180 l Frisxchwassertank, sondern nur 100 l. Daher mußten wir unsere Route leider ändern. AC Marina nicht empfehlenswert. MfG Dr. W. Heer
