First forty not designed for cruising

This boat is designed for racing with a crew not for cruising. It has no protection from the elements and the cockpit design is for a minimum of 2 crew. Many things on the boat did not function properly and I could never recommend this boat for a relaxing holiday.

I'm sorry for the client's complain. Actually, the first 40.7 is a really sporty boat, it's the most used boat for regattas. People who book this kind of boats, usually know the model and book it for this reason. The boat is perfect as a sporty boat and really appreciated by people who like this kind of boat. If Mr.Brown looked for a more comfortable cruising boat, then he should have booked an oceanis 40 instead of the first 40.7. Hope he will come back to us and will choose a different model.

Barca in pessime condizioni

Trovata la barca a sukosan in pessime condizioni, comprese quelle igieniche, in navigazione al largo di Trogir, l'elica si sfila dall'asse e mi ritrovo con vele malconce e 30 nodi di vento a cercare un ridosso. Risultato 1 giorno buttato in rada a Rogoznica nell'attesa della nuova elica e l'incoraggiamento del reposnabile di Marenauta che mi dice che la cosa che può fare è non farmi detrarre dalla franchigia il costo dell'elica e del meccanico. I giorni passati (in compenso) li ho dedicati ad aggiustare varie cose come ruota del timone ballerina e altre amenità...

Il team Marenauta ci è sempre stato vicinissimo, in ogni fase della vacanza, sia durante la prenotazione che durante la vacanza stessa per ogni singola necessità, sono stati sempre reperibili e gentilissimi al telefono. Assolutamente da consigliare. Barca perfetta, seminuova, tutto perfetto!
