Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your charter of the Lagoon Lagoon 380 S2 'Love Song' in Biograd. We value all customer feedback as it helps us continuously improve our services.
We understand that your check-in experience did not meet your expectations. After checking all the mentioned points of your claim, our base provided the final report and statement, which we send you in full below:
1. Check-in time:
Regarding the check-in, the official boarding and takeover of the yacht is from 17.00 h. Our team is doing their best to manage all and make sure you can start your journey as planned, but in some cases, or days, there are more clients who need more attention and more explaining to do, as they can be inexperienced, or have more questions. Therefore there may be more time spent on explaining all in details, as it is our duty to minimize any possibility of damages on board and safety risks. However, our records indicate that you arrived before the scheduled check-in time and had not pre-paid for an early check-in. While we understand that waiting with a young child can be frustrating, we hope you understand that we must adhere to our standard procedures to ensure a fair experience for all our guests.
2. Boat condition:
If you experienced having issues on the boat your duty as the skipper is to report immediately any issue or defect on board, so our team can either help you immediately.
3. Hospitality:
We strive to provide excellent customer service to all our guests. We regret that you felt our team was inhospitable. Our colleagues in the base did offer you complimentary stand up paddle or towels as a gesture of goodwill, but unfortunately, you declined.

Perfect Service
Everything was perfect and very professional: from booking to check out. We will charter next year again.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Getrübt wurd das ganze allerdings durch schlechte Wartung des Bootes, die meiner Meinung nach, auch durch aus Sicherheitsrelefant sind und so nicht tragbar sind. Insgesamt befand sich das Boot in einem guten Zustand. Allerdings sollte Technik die Verbaut ist auch Funktionieren. DIes war leider nicht der Fall.
Folgende Mängel sind unter dem Aspekt auf zu führen.
- Windmesser und Richtungsanzeiger im Cockpit ohne Funktion
- Geschwindigkeitsmesser ohne Funktion
- Autopilot kann bei Belsatung durch Wind oder Welle Kurs nicht halten, Springt über
- Autopilot zeigt anderen Kurs als Kompass
Kleinere Mängel
- Keine Deckbeleuchtung
- Licht im Badzimmer ohne Funktion
- Undichtes Frischwassersystem. Wasserpumpe springt alle 5 Minuten an um neuen Druck aufzubauen. Leck konnte nich gefunden werden. Somit musste die Wasserpumpe ständig aus und eingeschalten werden
Sicherheitsmängel
- Reling am Heck konnte durch einen Defelt nicht verschlossen werden (soehe Bild)
- Sitzbank im Cocktpit konnte nicht befestigt werden. Sehr Wackelig und im zusammenhang mit dem nicht gesicherten Durchgang bei Seegang durch aus Gefahr über Bord zu gehen. (wir hatten sehr Starken Seegang)
- Funkgerät konnte nur Empfangen, auf 4 Anfragen habe ich keine Antwort erhalten-
- GPS Ortung des Funkgerätes defekt, somit kein Diestress möglich
Im einzelnen Stellen die Technischen und kleineren Mängel, kein Problem dar. Doch das gesamte Bild zeigt den technischen Zustand des Bootes und drübt damit das Gesamt Wohlbefinden und Komfort auf dem Boot.
Die Sicherheitsrelevanten Mängel gehen meiner Meinung nach gar nicht. So etwas sollte auf Jedem Boot selbsverständlich sein. In einer wirklichen Gefahrensituation können diese schlimme folgen haben.
Zuletzt hatte ich eine Sicherheitsnetz angefordert, dieses wurde nicht gestellt. Da ein Hund an Bord war, war dies ebenfalls eine Große Einschränkung.

Temevamo la grande quantità di barche ma molte (la gran parte di quelle a motore) rientrano in porto la sera e le rade dell'arcipelago rimangono relativamente tranquille.
