La barca oltre ad essere nuova era perfetta. L'armatore ha dimostrato una disponibilità fuori dal comune. Un esempio su tutti: abbiamo spedito 15 casse di vino che ha custodito e ci ha fatto trovare al nostro imbarco in banchina. Top.

La barca era in buone condizione a parte un piccolo problema elettrico che l'armatore ha provveduto a risolvere prestando tutta l'assistenza necessaria. Ponza, palmarola ventotene e capri una più bella dell'altra.

Per quanto riguarda la barca, lo skipper e l’hostess, tutto bene, come da aspettative e Vostra proposta. Ho qualcosa da ridire sull’organizzazione dell’agenzia in loco e sulla lista degli alimenti da ordinare, perché induce ad errori che non sono rimediabili: la merce la trovi in barca, non la puoi controllare e soprattutto paghi al buio perché lo scontrino rilasciato dal supermarket non identifica né i pezzi né i prezzi. Il consiglio è di non proporre l’acquisto con questa modalità. Del resto la spesa si può fare all’arrivo senza alcun problema. Per il resto è stata una bella crociera, siamo arrivati fino a Zante e non c’è stato alcun problema.

I'm happy the clients enjoyed their holiday.

Regarding the provisioning kindly note that this is something that the clients requested to have on board.

They filled in the provisioning list and we gave it to the supermarket. The supermarket delivered the groceries to the boat when the hostess was on board . So when the clients arrived late in the evening everything was on board for them. This is something that we offer free of charge and it is completely optional if the clients want to have this done. We never told them they had to do it, it was something that the clients requested. Finally please keep in mind that there is only one supermarket inside the marina which delivers free to boats.

We had a great time, beautiful scenery and interesting destinations. It was August and meltemi season and while we were happy with our Oceanis 54, it's true that in tough winds her 10 years of age show.

Ottima esperienza!!

Dopo anni di crociere in barche con amici, abbiamo deciso di provare l’esperienza del charter e con Marenauta è stato tutto piuttosto facile. Barca comoda e in ottime condizioni: Sun Odyssey 449. Non propriamente da puristi della vela, ma ottima per una crociera con la famiglia. Unica pecca, non funzionava il wi fi. La base di Sukosan, come Zara e Biograd è ideale per raggiungere le Incoronate, Zut e Telascica.
