Ottimo charter. Seri, professionali, barca ottima . Tutto molto bene

Es wurden uns 90 Euro verrechnet für einen Schaden an der Hülle im Cockpit, Technjng dafür hab ich bis heute nicht bekommen, war nicht ok!

Grundsätzlich war die gesamte Abwicklung über Firma Barcando Charter in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen Bali Catspace 2025 gebucht. Nachdem dieser Katamaran aber offensichtlich von den Vorgängern stark verschmutzt hinterlassen wurde, hat uns Barcando ein kostenloses „Upgrade“ auf einen Bali 4.4 Baujahr 2020 gegeben. Diese Katamaran war auch schon um 14:00 Uhr startbereit, da er offensichtlich die Woche davor nicht verchartert war. Wir mussten aber trotzdem 250 € extra bezahlen, damit wir wenigstens um 16:00 Uhr anstatt um 18:00 Uhr losfahren durften. Das fanden wir etwas unfair von Fa. Barcando. Sonst verlief alles gut. Wir hatten auch einmal telefonisch technischen Support von Firma Barcando, da es Problemen mit den Batterien gab. Das wurde aber alles gut gelöst.

Was a great holiday, North Sailing staff were all excelent and friendly, the boat was excellent couple of issues, the left shower the water wasnt pumping out the water. I felt the boat was very well equiped, everything resulted in an excelent holiday

Overall experience was great. The boat was great, Lefkada was exceptional. It really was the holiday of a life time. Check in was disorganised and the Hellenic staff were not very friendly, but to be fair if we had a problem the contact guy was very responsive and sorted us out quickly.

Abbiamo fatto una settimana di crociera con un Hanse 360. La Barca era praticamente nuova e molto comoda. Tutte le dotazioni erano in perfetto stato e il team è stato molto professionale e disponibile. Raccomandati!
