The trip was fantastic, the induction very clear and informative.
Boat was clean and tidy however definitely needs a bit of maintenance. Gang way didn't work on the last two days, toilets need some attention.
We had some problems with the fuel tanks however the team was very efficient in getting us back to a jetty for the problem to be sorted.
The young skipper that assisted should be commended on his outstanding work and understanding when we had the fuel problems
All in all we had a wonderful time and would recommend GR sailing

The client and crew of Mr Harry on our satisfaction survey gave us a 4/5 on the following
General shape, Equipment, cleanliness, comfort, dinghy
they gave us a 5/5 for technical equipment
they gave us an 2/5 for the dinghy because it did not start one time, but once they called us we gave them instructions and it was working immediately
(not a fair score/ but that what they wrote)
they also set a 5/5 rating on
welcome, technical briefing, chart briefing, assistance during the charter, customer service, on the crew and itinerary
finally, the mentioned
inventory was complete, they would sail with us again and they would recommend us to friend 9 or 10

Splendida Vacanza in Croazia
Barca in buone condizioni e correttamente attrezzata, avrei gradito qualcosa in più sul charter pack e sulle carte e guide di navigazione. Nel complesso ottima assistenza e organizzazione, ottimo staff e posti bellissimi.
Die Chefin von MG Yachts war beim Check-in etwas griesgrämig, und der Weg vom Charterbüro zur Yacht ist jetzt nicht so gaaanz nah. Aber im Großen und Ganzen hat alles gepasst, und die Eigner haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert...
Siamo arrivati molto tardi a causa del ritardo del traghetto e del tempo inclemente. Il responsabile in loco, comunque, ci ha aspettato nonostante che era mezzanotte. Il giorno dopo abbiamo fatto il check-in e siamo partiti. La barca era curata ma molto molto semplice nell’armo. Avevo alcune richieste aggiuntive da avere in barca e mi hanno accontentato. Tutto bene anche al checkout. Uno speciale ringraziamento allo skipper di terra che ci seguito nel check-in e checkout.
