Neben dem Wetterglück war auch der Service rund um die Buchung und dem Vercharterer vor Ort ein gelungenes Erlebnis. Das Schiff in einem Top Zustand mit wesentlich mehr an Ausstattung als man erwarten würden. Ein technisches Problem am Schiff wurde an einem Sonntag innerhalb weniger Stunden behoben, jederzeit gerne wieder.

The week on the boat was generally good. We had a nice service in Zaton (Gabriel) & - except the first windy day - a very pleasant weather. Really good time for everybody.

Hi, we had a great holiday on the Dufour. Good yacht with good performance, quite fast. However, some remarks. Before departure we were informed that there was a small problem with the bathing ladder. Actually, it was broken, very dangerous, for some persons impossible to come out of the water (we needed extra rope to get out), the dinghy was leaking, the dinghy engine failed several times, several ropes need to be replaced. Anchor watch didn’t work, a polish guy said ‘it’s an old boat’ during check in. Even older boats need to be well kept! Adam was very helpful though. Best regards, Anne Marie

Everything went well with the boat until we docked back to Corfu. At the moment of the checkout, they claimed that the sound of the anchor windlass was different compared to the week before. They claimed we caused the failure by not following the right anchor procedures, which is a big lie. On top of it, the anchor windlass was not tested in the same way at the check-in: only a very quick turn off and on was performed. They asked for 250€, then came back with a new offer of 180€ to be paid cash. They promised to come back at 9 the following morning to repair the failure, but no one showed up until we left around 11. Moreover, the outboard engine of dinghy did not work properly the entire week: we informed them proactively during the week, and they refused to provide any kind of refund, not even a voucher. definitely they were just looking for easy money, claiming damages that we could not proof. Stay away!
