Would not recommend, charter from another company  
This charter company is extremely sub-par. They are rude, ignore your questions at check out, charge you for everything (who pays for extra sheets and pillows on a week long charter?!?), and try to give you cheap version of what you need! Thank god we asked them to show us how to use the outboard motor, because guess what, the one we paid for and were given did not work. Also, our dinghy was inoperable (it would sink) with the 5 of us in it,(despite chartering a 4 cabin boat with a 10 person capacity). They told us we did not have an invertor on our boat. When I called them the next day to again ask about this, as we needed it to charge a passenger's sleep apnea machine, they had to call the boat owner to find out that we did indeed have one. Lastly, our boat had a ton of algae on the bottom, which really slowed it down. I would highly recommend NOT chartering from this broker.

We are so sorry to read at a distance of 7 months that the customer was not satisfied with our service, as we always try to maintain a high level, but we still want to express our comment.

As far as we are concerned, in fact, the customer had no problem during his sailing holiday. As proof of this, we never received any communication or information from you regarding something that did not work on board or did not go well on the boat he hired.

 We always provide constant assistance to our customers, so if you had informed us of something on board that did not go, we would have intervened to solve the problem, but it was not, as no staff member was informed of this. At boarding we provide our customers with telephone numbers to contact in case of need, and even in this case, the customer could contact the head of the base that would provide the necessary assistance in case of need, as was done for the request of the inverter, which, despite not being included in the standard equipment, was nevertheless supplied.


In addition, in our charter report compiled by the customer at the end of the holiday, the state of dissatisfaction expressed at a distance of seven months from the client is not clear. We therefore believe that there are no grounds for expressing such complaints against our charter company.

However, because we would still be pleased to host the customer again on board one of our boats, we are willing to offer him a voucher to spend at the base for the purchase of extra optionals.

Liebes Team von Marenauta, hier ein kurzes Feedback: Nach der Endreinigung sollte nochmals 100.- Euro bezahlen werden wegen unserem Hund. Diese Zusatzrechnung (per Mail erhalten) für den Hund habe ich nicht bezahlt, da wir bei der Einschiffung für den Hund bereits 100, - Euro extra bezahlt haben! Für Sie als Information: Während der zwei Wochen auf dem Boot habe ich alle losen Türklingeln im Salon repariert, die Sicherung von der Ankerwinde musste austauschen werden und der Eurostecker für das 230-Volt-System wurde erneuert, da dieser eine lose Kabelverbindung hatte. Bei der letzten Tour nach Pertisco ist die komplette Seebeleuchtung ausgefallen vermutlich durch den starken Regen, und am letzten Abend noch die gesamte Innenbeleuchtung. Mario war so nett und hat die Innenbeleuchtung nach langer Fehlversuche repariert. Fazit: Wenn ich persönlich keine Ausbildung als Mechaniker gehabt hätte, wäre der Urlaub eine Katastrophe geworden. So konnte ich schnell die Probleme reparieren und der Urlaub war doch noch ein Erfolg. Freundliche Grüße Jörg Neumann

Maiorca è un isola molto grande rispetto alle isole greche a cui eravamo abituati e il tempo non è stato clemente. Pertanto in una settimana diventa difficile fare il giro o addirittura visitare anche le vicine Ibiza o Minorca. Molto bella isola di Cabrera, occorre prenotare per l'ormeggio ma ne val e la pena. consiglio la Cala Figuera molto suggestiva anche se stretta... Molto civilizzata per la barca a vela consiglio la più piccola Minorca
