Sardinia is a somewhat more demanding sailing area. The wind can pick up quickly and the waves are also somewhat higher than, for example, in the Adriatic. As the boat is a Bavaria 31 it is rather small. Headroom only 1.80 meters. The berth in the bow is also a little short.... Show more

All good.
Bianca, the base manager, was very kind and knowledgeable.
Only negative notes:
1) the cleaning of the boat was really inadequate
2) the tender deflated daily
3) ventilation of the boat, though attributable to the designer

Very recent boat but not well equipped and under-canvassed; sailing area Elba, Capraia, Corsica. First cruise in Italy/France; a little nostalgia for Croatia and Greece, where this type of boating is better organized and less expensive.
