I have nothing bad or negative to say about the trip and the crew members. Everything was spectacular.

We spent 7 days in July 2025 on a Bali 4.4 Cat east of Phuket. The area is stunning. The boat was comfortable and the skipper, "Mahn," was extremely helpful and professional. He made it his purpose to tend to our needs and prioritized our safety above all else. This is an extraordinary experience if you have the chance. While this was the rainy season we had perhaps one rainstorm all week. (The week before was very rainy apparently.) I highly recommend this experience to others.

The list of my compliant is quite long but the most important points are: 1. Lack of the bed in main room, the table was fixed to the floor, no possibility to sleep there 2. Too low voltage on batteries which caused turning off fridge, lights or electricity plugs 3. Floor pump occasionally broken which didn't allowed us unpump the water after the shower there must be some short circuit on the boat which casues all of that

We had an amazing week sailing with Corfu Yacht Charters. They were flexible with an early check-in and gave us some great tips regarding our itinerary. The boat was in great shape and well equipped. The best part of the experience was Hanne herself. We will definitely return to Greece and book with Corfu Yacht Charters!

We had a wonderful time on our trip overall. The skipper and the boat owner were both exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which contributed greatly to our positive experience. However, I would like to mention two issues related to the booking: We originally booked a 2020 catamaran that included a desalination system and a TV. You informed us that a newer 2023 catamaran was available and offered it as a complimentary upgrade, which we appreciated at the time. That said, during the trip we realized how important the onboard desalination system was for our needs, and the TV would have been a big plus for the kids. In hindsight, the newer model was not necessarily an upgrade for our specific requirements. We did a lot of fishing during the trip, so having a reliable dinghy with a motor was important. Unfortunately, the dinghy provided was very small and old—just enough to get us to and from shore. Compared to other catamarans we saw, whose dinghies motor were in much better condition and more functional, this was a noticeable shortcoming. These were the main issues we encountered. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our time and appreciated the warm hospitality onboard.
