Another vacation with Marenauta. This time Cyclades. We had brand new boat, and again perfect service at Lavrion marina. Unfortunately we had terrible weather. 3 days of terrible storm. One of those days, we were at the open see with 7 bofors, and wind gusts over 54 kn, and crazy waves. Sailing boats were forbidden to leave ports that day, but somehow we were there. In this hard sea, we had big problem. Some electrical instalation, and bow truster were out of order. In this critical moments we had very good communication with marina manager, Vasilis. He helped us to find a man for help, as well as to encuridge us to continue trip. This was precious , it that moments when you don't see easy way out. At the end, we had again exceptional reception in marina. I Have to mention that all cost of reparation, was accepted by agency! We had perfect last night in Lavrion, and for sure we will go again!

Satisfied with boat and Il Gabbiano. What should be improved it is facilities (toilets, shower - cca. 1/2 away from boat). But what was negative experience and we were surprised - there were extremely high prices for marinas at Lipari islands and on the other hand lack of services (especially at Salina - 110 EUR but 2 showers for 80 yachts).

The Beneteau clipper was our replacement of the initally chosen Bavaria which was damaged. When we checked in, the fridge did not work. Fortunately, the owner could fix it in the morning after our check in. When we left the harbour, the propeller shaft broke. We called the owner and had to change to another boat. All in all, we had an excellent stay, after some advetures with break downs which were fixed well by Caetano.

Good trip .

Everything was perfect: yacht, wind, sun, islands, ports, delicious food and warm welcome people! We did a lot of nice photos and videos as well. Dodecanese is a nice place for charter a yacht and if it will be possible, next year we'll take two weeks :)

After a warm welcome at the base we were ready for our 3 week vacation. Halfway through our holiday we developed a problem with the water tanks. The base sent out a technician to meet us in Marmaris who confirmed it was faulty, so we returned to base where BBS Yachting had a new boat ready for us for the remainder of our vacation. Very little time lost, fantastic service and great attitude.
