Barca vecchia fa buon brodo!

Nonostante gli anni la barca si è dimostra affidabile nel veleggiare, alcuni dettegli di confort erano proprio un pò attempati, ma nel complesso ci ha portato ovunque a scoprire bellissimi e suggestivi posti.

Bella vacanza, società di charter non altrettanto

Barca in discrete condizioni. Evidenzio che il check in è stato inesistente: "controlla tu e non ti preoccupare se mancheranno posate o bicchieri...capita di perderne". Al checkout (fatto da altre due persone si è proceduto al conteggio di tutte le stoviglie (tutto ok). Ho avuto un problema con fuoribordo, in quanto nella tanica era presente probabilmente dell'acqua. Ho dovuto attendere un giorno intero in un'isoola vicino a Lavrio l'arrivo di un tecnico. Alla fine dopo una settimana dal checkout mi vedo arrivare un addebito di 354 euro sulla mia carta senza alcuna motivazione. Non ho ricevuto assistenza (una risposta almeno) nemmeno da Marenauta che ho coinvolto in una telefonata. Fate attenzione a questa società di Charter!!!!

For the inconvenience caused, I am sorry. The safety and comfort of our guests is a priority.

However after reading the commends form the client we have to disagree at some points.

The check-in is very detailed in by no means would someone from our base team say to the client something like “check by yourself and if something is missing don't worry”

The check in procedure is very detailed as you can see and it is being done only + someone from our base team that checks together with the client mechanics, sails etc...

30 piedi Incoronate

La barca, nonostante avesse solo 10 anni era un po' deteriorata (il teak era un po' rovinato e si scollatva ed il tavolino del pozzetto era un po' traballante) pero meccanicamente ed idraulicamente funzionava tutto alla perfezione. Il plotter era sotto coperta, quindi le cartine e le rotte non erano di pratica consultazione durante la navigazione. A parte questo il personale e l'assistenza ricevuta è stata molto buona e professionale.
