Haben ein Motorboot Jeanneau NC 33 gebucht. Das Boot hatte aber wohl Probleme mit dem Motor und haben deshalb eine Jeanneau Leder 36 bekommen. War Top!!

Sehr windiger Törn  
Lavrio ist sehr gut als Ausgangshafen für Törns in die nördlichen Kykladen oder Euböa. Die Olympic Marina halte ich hier für besser, da deutlich ruhiger, als den Stadthafen von Lavrio.Die Check-In und Check-Out Prozedur von Charter mittels App die man herunterladen muss hat mir nicht gefallen.

While we wish, you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. 
We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it’s apparent in this case, we fell short. 

For the inconvenience caused, we are sorry. 
The safety and comfort of our guests is a priority and such service is an unavoidable necessity.

This season we used the App in order to make the contactless Check-in 
We understand that you might did not like the App for the digital check-in.
However this was for us important due to covid and a contactless check-in is for all of us better.

Next season we will offer both check-in procedures optional. So the client can decide to use either the traditional check-in or the new digital check-in.

If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that your next sailing experience will be will be perfect.
